I've worked for AMCI in many capacities since 2011 both as a product specialist with various on the road contracted projects and as a full time employee in more of a marketing role.

 I believe management is easy to communicate with and I always had a great relationship with my managers in the Home Office.

 The only downside is the immaturity of strong personalities and egos out on the road who are in-fighting and finding ways to do the minimal amount of work occasionally, you never know who you'll be with on a team, so unfortunately the same people continue to get hired. There is forethought on who are the team leads, and they occasionally are good to work with as a whole.

 I would definitely recommend working for this company because the actual job is a lot of fun regardless of whether or not you're working with other people who have a negative attitude and really don't enjoy the job and probably shouldn't be there.



New management comes in and ruins the whole place.new matinence manager who doesnt know half of what the previes maitinece new. .management didnt appriciate or even recognize your hard work they really enjoyed having thier behinds being kissed.  those people moved up immediatly.  It was ajoke. And even if youve never had any complaints from anybody during you time there these new managers will try to find any mistake they can. And change as much as they can and managers take vacations every couple of months when they dont even do nothi g a monkey can do thier job

I am enjoying my employment at AMCI. A typical work day here is ever evolving and changing. I have learned a lot about automobiles and the various manufacturers that I had only a small amount of knowledge of. Management does the best that they can to make the work environment run smoothly. The hardest part of the job has to be that it is a startup and there a few things currently set in place structurally. Dealing with my co-workers and the various customers.

fun, varied environment. employees are great and you get to know the crew pretty well. if you like challenging, flexible work and travel, it can pay well. if you work hard and get along with people and follow directions, chances are they will refer you and send you more work.

Great company to work for, however, there is no job security and the culture is tailored to White folks. There are only 4 minorities (Black, Asian and no Hispanics). They need a more diverse group of people within the company and need to include the minorities by having them feel more part of a team. The pay is good but you have no benefits whatsoever.

Amazing organization to work for. All interactions with every level of staff from CEO to Promo Staff, has been positive & professional. 
Events are planned and executed in professional manner. Strong leadership, positive vision, ability to manage all levels of staff while exceeding client expectations.

Conducted audits of auto dealer facilities and processes. Home base Long Island NY. Traveled over Northeast. Enjoyable meeting new folks and experience different locations. Hardest part, NYC traffic, traveling in and out of city.

I would recomend this company to anyone with automotive retail experience. Management always ready to assist if need be. The training sessions are very helpful.

A typical day of work at AMCI would be waking up with your assiegned car and making sure everything is ready for the event that day. set-up equipment, proper uniform attire, building stage.

I enjoyed my time at AMCI. Good people, challenging and fulfilling work and management always promoted hard-working employees. Beer cart Fridays didn't hurt.
