I always call in for more hours it always says if your looking for more hours call for a new shift that popped up on the app. If you call after hours they almost never return your call you back for new shifts that pop up. I have taken multiple trainings and I'm either consistently overlooked for the shift or they just don't return your call then hours later the shift you requested is till there as if it was no one went there but you don't know because the call back is not guaranteed. I'm losing faith

Seeing a smile on my patient face

Not seeing my full paycheck I believe that someone on the is taking my by shorting my paycheck I work hard for everyday for almost six years now without a day off and no one can ever give me a direct answer

Mostly Spanish and they only look out for they own kind at the work place 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go into work do wat I need to be done and go home

At the beginning it was good  and then 3 months ,manager disappeared and o was left alone to basically drown . The training was very poorly and the lack of  support it’s evident .computer programs would update and no one would let you that you’ll be facing a completely different program to perform your duties .as a manger you suppose be there for your employees  and  provide support when needed . I would ask a question and would
Get an answer 2 hours later with no direct answer , with another question that would leave even more confuse . Don’t recommend this place to work , you’ll
Be stress with no real reward . 

This company feels like it's run out of somebody's garage. Since I started 3 years ago, it has been one issue after another. For example, I just moved. It took three calls and over a week to actually have somebody call me back to update my address. The worst part is the executives of the company don't seem to care about the employees one bit. With all the issues I have had in the past 3 years one would think some executive would reach out to me to apologize or to explain the issues and let me know it's being taken care of, but no, not one single time has that happened.

The clients depending on who you get assigned to

The coordinators, not communicating with you as far as availability for new clients

It’s very busy in the office… some of the stuff are very friendly

I work in the field I don’t really be at the company but when I do need to come in, it’s very busy

My timekeeper/scheduler Tatayanna  is the Best! She always helps me no matter what the problem and is super friendly and professional. My father and I are so grateful for her.

Nothing at all is stressful working here.

The best part about working for Ameribest is that they really care about their clients and I get to meet new people love working for this company.

Keeps me busy and meet new people

It’s a lot of favoritism. Certain departments are very segregated. They have a very toxic and hostile management and upper lever leadership. They don’t follow their own rules and they retaliate when you challenge them. There are family members working with each other as direct reports. This company if full of hypocrisy. The turnover rates are very high.

The best part is actually working and not waiting for work

Not working in between clients

Unprofessional you're only told what you want to hear no returned calls when you leave aa message
