What is the best part of working at the company?
The clients are easier to adjust to and cooperate with. The company has no communication skills we are independent contractors but he won't treat you like children I it was an excellent work with them if you speak your mind to this company is like a sin oh yes they would hire you back but they will not work you again.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Try to get some feedback from the on call person have nothing against Spanish people but if she is Spanish they don't understand what you talking about. I don't say to this company people that are in position of company this is not your company and a lot of people do not know how to run a business you must become humble first and submissive and don't feed into small thing.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Like I say we are independent contractors you're not see people do not see the people that hire you you're not seeing no one but the client

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
We do not deal with the people in the office on a regular basis our dealings with the clients

Typical day.....ha ha ha!! No such thing!!
Everyone you care for is different, but generally, you want to be able to make a very positive difference in their lives. Helping them to feel loved, important, cared for, and have something to look forward to, everyday! The hardest part of my job is bringing  joy to someone that is depressed, and giving up on life. The best part of my job is seeing that same person BLOSSOM from love and laughter in their life! I always try to look for humor in the stupid idiosyncrasies in life. I try to use mental, physical, spiritual and emotional aspects in unison to bring out the best in them. I love to cook, and most people love to eat my food, so that's always a good starting point.
     I like the flexibility with this registry, and the fact they have a A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau  makes me proud to be working for them.

I have been with American in Home Care for a little over (2) years as a LPN. It is a 1099 job so you are not considered an employee but rather an independent contractor. I set my own hours and pick up when I would like to. I always get great paying work assignments. Work assignments are mostly home care but I have been to ALFs and Intermittent home visit for blood glucose checks. The office staff always takes care of you during the week. The hardest part of this company is getting a hold of on call on the weekend. It drives me nuts when I have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. I am used to getting a live person when I call on call in the middle of the night. Other than that this is a great company to work.

They treated me with respect,I recommend this company.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
For me it wasn't stressful,considering that my native language is not english,they gave me the opportunity to work with the company,I had very good clients that were very happy with the company and with me,and they helped me improve my English.

They are very friendly and they treat you with respect.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I am retired now,but if I decide to go back to work, I want to work with the company again.

Good pay rates and weekly pay.

Nothing is stressful. This company has provided to my every need a timely manner. The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable and ready to help.

I work remotely, and have to interact with a diverse group of health professionals and clients.

I work remotely and my days are challenging, however rewarding at the end of the day.

Compassionate corporate leaders and Co-workers and reasonable pay.

The patients or families at times but we must remember to put ourselves in their shoes

Very busy when going from one job to another it makes your day go faster

Every work place is different because we work at different homes , some places is workable and some you can't even use their bathroom.the company do not know the situation there are sending you or the condition of the patient we have to asset the environment if it is safe to work in and report it to them .

I love this job I love the kids there were I meant sweet ones I met bad ones but kids going to be kids I learned a lot from it because I don't have kids of my own and taught me how to change diapers feed kids I also kept them safe and a safe environment we have playtime we have reading time I help them with homework sometimes and I also built a relationship mentally and physically with each kid individually

AIHC merged with the company I worked for and they have been fantastic! Every merger has its ups and downs, but they are willing to listen and make the right moves for everyone involved. I have been in this business for 6 years and I am still as eager to come to work each day as when I first started. This is my family and I believe we are the best in the business!
