ACI is a fast paced, friendly environment. There is a lot to learn and room for growth. The salary is great but the hours are long and not very convenient if on public transportation or with a familybwith young children but otherwise a wonderful company to work for. Be mindful of all your past situations and make sure you handle any past issues with your record. They do extensive background checks and there is no room for error. If you are hired as an Underwriter but for some reason can't pass the exam or otherwise cannot obtain your license due to state regulations, they will not offer to keep you on in any other position you qualify for regardless of your excellent work ethics or performance. The turnover rate is high but if you can stick it out through the trials a great company.

A complete joke of an operation. I wouldn't be surprised if they went out of business in the near future. No real leadership here - just tired micro-managers working for a paycheck and treating employees like absolute garbage. A policy management system that errors out (hasn't worked properly in 2 years) and continues to be forced even though it is causing issues detrimental to the success of the company. You're not even permitted to stop and say hello to coworkers on your way to the restroom without getting reprimanded. Working for this company is miserable and I wouldn't recommend it to ANYone. The owners of this company are complete idiots and continue to ignore issues that are in desperate need of correcting.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The company pay is decent , the insurance product has a market , and the company is very competitive rate wise with their competitors 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
High volume company and business need changes . Started with 45 minute lunches and within 6 months lunches were changed to 30 minutes . Personal time is a low priority 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a call center position it is not for everyone, but it is a good job for those that enjoy call center work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Be prepared to talk to 30-50 people per day . Most of the clientele is personable and pleasant to talk to

This is a wonderful place to work, colleagues are very friendly and management is very supportive of your goals. They go above and beyond to accommodate any absences always willing to work with you and offer a lot of overtime to earn more. Very nice benefits, with remote and in office positions available. Pay could definitely be better but the benefits of working here are great and it is such a positive work environment.

Management  does not have the skills to properly manage. The company does NOT pay overtime even though  many days you are on the phone past your quit time. Benifits are so so and you are "expected" to volunteer your time for their car show with no reimbursement. The system has many issues with no sight of improving and they do not take criticism well.

The pay was okay, and the benefits were really good. The systems were old and inefficient; literally every day, something would crash. Customers were okay, but I didn't like the job.  You had to do a million follow-up tasks just to finish one customer's request (such a headache). Some people in management were also unprofessional and rude (one of the reasons I quit).

Don't trust the recent five star rating. The new management is terrible. Turnover is unbelievably High and the workload is very poorly managed. everyone seems overwhelmed.

We work really hard here, it's busy, but the work is satisfying and the people are great. The employees genuinely care about each other and the work they do. 

New management are focused on customer experience, innovation and considering employee suggestions. Team oriented environment with great co-workers.  Customers care passionately about their collector car which is such a refreshing break from my last job with a traditional auto insurance company.

Relaxed atmosphere. Friendly customers and employees. Celebrate all holidays with large events. Monthly birthday parties. Upper management and all staff treated equally. Fun place to work.
