The thing I liked best about working here is they really care about the children and they do not put up with mediocracy.  My director actually came into my room and would check on me and explain how to do something if I was not sure how to do it. She can be strict but in the end it was what was best for the children.  When I worked at another school, this never happened.   For the most part staff are friendly but you always have those people who like to gossip.  I have noticed that recently some of them are no longer working here.   The pay is pretty good for working in childcare and they offer a lot of benefits, but I didn't sign up  for them .

What is the best part of working at the company?
I enjoyed working with the children 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having to work in a place where it wasn’t organized , and the cleanliness was not up to par. The children were not disciplined enough and they had no structure. Staff members were not supportive, and no guidance from supervisors much at all. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very unorganized and very unstructured. No support from anyone 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful and  exhausting . Not happy with the way my job was, and I felt like I was alone and didn’t have anyone else who understands me there

Teamwork is big with this company. As a floater, I can be sent to different schools to help out where I am needed. On the job training, the directors are helpful
