I enjoyed my time at Anomali.  Great Customer Support team w/ much collaboration and learning.  Clients were a huge asset and saw value using Anomali products.  Unclear future both before and after recent reduction in workforce.

The company culture is low pressure, high energy as you would expect from an early stage startup. At this "tweener" stage of the company's life cycle, leadership is working towards evolving and maturing the org... that transition comes with its share of "pain points."

Solid group of employees aside from upper management. Overall good work/life balance. Hard to create solid working relationships with HQ employees as a majority of employees are remote.

A 10-20% RIF is in process with little or no input from middle management as to what positions need to be kept and which ones should be eliminated.  Communication within the sales organization needs improvement.

I had a great 4 years at Anomali prior to retirement! The staff is awesome and works hard together to accomplish goals. Mgmt is is included and helpful in making critical decisions.
