The most stressful was the schedule working for 10 hours. Other than that a good place

It is like a huge family. Everyone eventually gets to know one another.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Login early. Get ready to take calls until lunch time. One hour lunch. Get back to work until you clock out. 4 days out of the week , 3 week days and 1 day being Saturday or Sunday.

Managers were good but the work was too stressful and depressive. You would have to pause to take a break of one minute to go to the restroom. You will exactly have to log in at the scheduled time and if you were late even by one minute your pay would go lower from $16 to $13. It’s easy to get hired since you only take a writing test but the work is not it. Call by call by call, if you like to get cussed by customers of all over the world all day and act like a robot with no life then that’s what you’re looking for. Zero recommended.

It's not bad as long as their schedules are flexible. It's small and people really keep to themselves. Everyone gets along and works as a team. The supervisors are cool and professional and the owners are very motivating. When the rush is overwhelming your Co workers will be there to assist you. Some even carryb the load. But as long as you do your job you will be fine

This is one of the easiest jobs ever! You sit in an air conditioned building, talk to folks all day and take messages for almost 20 bucks an hour! and they offer overtime!.  You dont even have to have experience! They will teach you exactly what to say and how to say it. The environment is colorful, positive and bright and  you are always greeted with a smile and a wave or a high five! 

This is a good company to work for specially in the RGV, the down side is attendance is a must in order to receive the extra 2$ in your paycheck, I say downside because emergencies do happen. However as an adult you should be able to handle your tardiness adequately to avoid losing your bonus. Training is easy and short, but as long as you are good at reading, spelling, and verifying  you will do great.

A day at work started out early in the A.M. I learned a preferrable setting I'd rather be in than the one I had currently been in. Management was not particularly to my liking because he was a bully. Other co-workers were very amiable. The hardest part of the job was pleasing the manager. The most enjoyable was the company of my main co-workers.

Job duties were enjoyable and manages accounting department and billing.  My co-workers were very helpful but there was no room for advancement.  I decided to persue a better opportunity.

a typical day would include taking numerous calls from doctors, nurses, and patients during the day, answering patients concerns, addressing any office complications with those calling in.I learned how to increase my typing speed and multitask on programs.

Most of the employees that are hired do not care about having a job at all. The communication from management was some of the worst I have ever seen. No one wants to take accountability for anything. Not everyone has to follow the rules.

Upper management, e.g. General Manager, Supervisor's, even coworkers are very helpful.  Pay is OK but, they also offer bonuses. You can make a good paycheck when they offer overtime and/or double time. However, it's a mental & physical exhausting job. Calls coming in one after the other.
