The most stressful part about working at the company was the miscommunication and the unqualified people in higher positions.

Chaos and favoritism seems to be the main environment and culture of the company 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at the company is getting there and try6to figure out what you are supposed to do. No one knows whats going on and when you try to get clarity. They dismiss you.

Disorganized chaos constantly. No focus on a team aspect, you just bust your butt so your branch manager can take all the credit. Zero consistency in this place whatsoever. There’s no training program or anything, they show you the bare minimum, and then you’re on your own. But they will not hesitate to point out every single little mistake you make, and it’s all the time because policies and procedures change weekly. Benefits are trash. No holiday pay, you’re forced to take PTO for all holidays when you only gain 1 day/month AFTER your 90 days. Not allowed to take a day off without pay. Management will tell you whatever you want to hear to keep you there, but just know, it’s all lies.

No accountability for poor work performance and the fact local leadership just tells you what you want to hear.

Disorganized , no team focus , upper leadership is obviously there just to make a bonus check and move to another bank

Unorganized,slow ,no one has a focus on what needs to be done

Management is horrible. Hard work is not appreciated

Some people do nothing and management could care less. Hard working employees are not valued.

Toxic work environment. Managers don't care about hard working employees

Stressful And non stop work. No help from coworkers

I am a teller, but have to do all other duties as well. They use several different (dated) systems to operate and their processes are inefficient. They are always adding more duties to your job without any more compensation. I've never even met the CEO nor felt his generosity as stated in another review. My manager is great but they aren't given the tools needed to make decisions/run the branch. It is a job and I appreciate the paycheck but it is stressful. Weve had a lot of people leave within the past 6 months and they haven't been replaced.

To much leaderships for a few employees. Lack of communication.

The structure is not employee-centered.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The facilities have little light so it is a bit challenging. The environment causes mental fatigue. There should be more lighting.

They lured me away from a 10 year long career at a large regional bank. They promised me the world and never even begin to keep those promises. I came in and half the equipment in the building had problems. I worked like a mad man to get everything in order and they let me go as soon as they had an opportunity to replace me. 

I am a current employee and this company has been a dream job for me.  It's great to work for a company that appreciates you and gives you freedom to grow and be successful.  The upper management is very hands on and works with you to help make sure that you are successful.  The CEO is great, and is very open to opinions and suggestions.  I would highly recommend working for this company to anyone that is looking for a great career.

For a small company they have great benefits and pay well.  They believe in taking care of their associates.  The PTO time took some getting use to, but once you get past your first year it's very generous amounts of time off.  The benefits are great.  Normally small companies don't offer as much as they do, but they are good benefits at a great price.  It's a fun place to work.  Everyone has a good time, and enjoys working together.

This is a difficult company to work for. There is little to no opportunity for advancement, and as long as I have been there, no performance reviews. Their PTO is a complete joke, as they make you take your own alloted PTO time for holidays, meaning you have to use that time to get paid for a holiday, and you have no choice in that matter. Very little training is provided, and they are usually understaffed. I would not recommend working here.
