What is the best part of working at the company?
Coworkers are pleasant. Working load is average to high patient scheduling. Love my location and ease of packing and physicians seem nice although haven't met many since starting in September. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Health insurance coverage aweful. I purchased the premium plan and they do not cover anything medication wise. I have been going through the system since I started with novresilituon for my medications I need. It's been months since I started recombinant "benefits" and have to call everyday trying to get "authorization" and get nothing chasing my tail in circles. Very frustrating. Not sure ill be able to stay in my position if I can't recieve my specialty prescription medication in which every other emoloyer I have had in the 20 years has at least cmcoveted with a copay!!  

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Its okay. Nobody is overly friendly. Everyone sticks to themselves. Communication is challenging between departments we work with closely.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come to work. Can't punch in more that 5 min before first patient. Get to station. Start wotking my patient schedule with 30 min lunch and go home.

The CEO and his staff has hired so many senior level positions saturating workforce expenses while eliminating lower level positions.  This has caused not only a financial stress for the company, but also has created more pressure on existing teams to meet deliverables.  Many of those senior level positions are disconnected from what the supporting teams do nor what they bring to the table.  I was told for 3 years that I would be promoted to Manager.  I was given an exceeding rating (5 out of 5) on my annual review for 3 years in a row, yet given the minimum merit increase.  Here you are underpaid yet expected to drive results under a high pressure environment.  I would not recommend anyone work for this company.  They try to talk about provided top level patient care when they cannot manage to give this to their employees.

My experience with this company took a disappointing turn when I was demoted without warning, explanation, or any prior feedback. There were no documented performance issues, and the decision felt abrupt and unprofessional.
Leadership often promotes values like integrity, growth, and open communication, but my experience reflected the opposite. The process lacked transparency and empathy, and appeared to be driven by favoritism and reactive decision-making rather than merit or collaboration.
After the demotion, support from management disappeared. I was left to navigate a confusing and demoralizing situation alone, with no guidance or acknowledgment. This experience significantly impacted my trust in leadership and the company’s commitment to its stated values.


Constant changes to the work processes with little to no training. Once the basic level of training is completed for new employees, they tend to be on their own and will have to "figure it out" should any questions arise moving forward. Here you learn through your mistakes, but mistakes will be counted against you. The work environment can be toxic and micromanaging seems to be the only management style in place. Many departments suffer from poor communication and the lack of training is apparent when working with employees across various departments.

I can only speak for my own experience, but worked hard every single day on site or remotely and overall was satisfied with my job. 
 The bad part was that despite receiving positive feedback from others in the company about improvements in procedures or other new things I introduced; I never received this from management. 
 Whenever something went wrong with a project however, staff was blamed by management - prior to any investigation being conducted.  This occurred multiple times.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Work life balance, they give personal space to sit like a small office. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No support! the management lack leadership qualities, No Job security. No Development no training. If I could give name I would definitely provide one.. the Leader they hire are not ready for that position. Lots  of politics... 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy... only meetings you have to stay after hours to complete the work

the environment at Arden House is great, work colleagues are nice, and the treatment from everyone in the rehabilitation was great but.. the job itself was troubling. i only worked Per Diem meaning whenever they needed me when someone called out their shift which was very inconvenient for me because that meant inconsistency which was and still is not the type of the job i need in my life.

Like most large companies it has it's good points and bad. The good as that you are paid reasonably well and the benefits are quite good. The issue is that the company operates incredibly lean but still expects to meet industry requirements with a skeleton crew. Oh and did I mention they're 10 - 15 years behind the times. Is it possible yes it is but it's not reasonable.

Any place that repeatedly is hiring for coders you should know and assume it must be an issue with the work environment the main problem here are the nurses ...they have come into our arena and been nothing but a detriment all the way around! They pick apart well documented diagnosis that are treated and it creates  more work for the coder on the back end. They have an us against them mentality when they are supposed to be asset.  

At one point the company seemed to care about their people but since going public all they care about is the stock price. There is virtual no growth and in order to improve the bottom line they are they are cutting people, wages and benefits. All the new leaders are tasked with squeezing everyone to do more with less. I don't know a single person that has been there for any reasonable length of time that is not actively seeking employment elsewhere.
