Top management excels but the lower management lack experience and are often young and immature. Pay is cheap for the work being done. If pay was good I can see personal retiring here. Sometimes management may terminate people for efficiency. Ensure your in shape to do the job but with that being said your only getting paid 15.50-16.50 to do a job others in other delivery jobs get paid 22.50. This does not include dealing with customers in public as amazon has a promise to deliver, and hide options for customers. Also you task with working in dangerous areas of Springfield. Pay here should be about 22.50 to 26.00. If pay was good here people would retire here.

If you like to work by yourself, come and get your work done, then this is the right place, could be physically demanding here and there, but is not always once you get the hang of it
