I  was very much happy about the work environment which was very relaxed  place to work although the nature of the work  (calling  cients)  made it a bit repitative and stressful at times. However, depeding on you perormance results you were promoted to an outside account manager position  where your earning potential dramatically increased.

This position is a perfect or new graduates who would like to build on their experience and job portfolio. It is however not suited for people with bad attitudes, low confidence level, highly sentitive or who think they  are better than others. For this position introduces you to the basic aspects of sales  - learning to deal with  clients while at the same time learning to survive in an office environment.

My appologies to those of you who were so busy complaining about everything that you got nothing our of  you experience. Maybe you need to examine you own qualiications and try to see what else you may be good at.

Making 100+ cold calls in local or other state 
Making appointment with potential clients 
Convince people how excellent the company is, how great the deal is, how good the service is. 
Sometimes over promise. Sometimes client cannot get the price your promised in the first place. 
If cold call does not work, you need to walk in to the store, street by street. 
Sometimes you have a good luck. Sometimes you do not.

They only hire people to make cold calls and sell their credit card machine service. The working environment is friendly and people are nice but the work doesn't need any skill. You just pick up the phone and call every store in USA to persuade them change their credit card service. If you are a foreign worker and desperate for H1B visa, this is a good place for you but remember they only apply for working visa to those who sell most of their products. Otherwise, this is a stupid place to start career. Even a high school student can do it.

Gather and organize the information about comments, price, and style of 100 merchants include the restaurant, grocery, and beauty service. And prepare the speech script depends on different merchants before noon. 
Contact the merchants and ensure having the conversation with the stores' owner or manager. Introduce Argus LLC and spend the most of the time persuade them to agree to meet sales rep by using a variety of speech tactics. Generally made 4-5 appointments by 5 PM.

I started as an intern, it was a great place to work at. My manager was super nice, she basically taught me everything step by step. My co workers are very friendly as well. The work was a little bit intense, but it was also a good opportunity for you to grow.

Really great manager and nice environment. I learned a lot from this position. It's really worth to working here. The manager is so patient with me, and she taught me how to apply apps to work.

I like working here. Sometime the work is intense but you get to improve yourself a lot during the work. I just wish we can have more space in my office.

I started as an intern through campus recruiting. The company is a great place to work at and I love the location. My boss is a funny guy and my co-workers are all very nice to me. I became a full-time employee after my graduation. I hope I could work longer there but I moved with my family to another city.

I have been working in this company for more than two years. Work is intense sometimes but I enjoy it. Great work-life balance. There is almost no over time working.

Not a very pleasurable place to work.Worker were loud and screamed across the office, prospects on the other side of the phone could sometimes hear this noise and were disturbed by it, messing up the sales process.
