Pros:
Aria was a well run and well administered billing as a service company.
The core codebase was generally highly efficient; internal and external analytics were very thorough.
The abstraction to cloud-based architecture was extensive and included weekly disaster recovery drills.
SA, DB, QA and Dev teams worked well to support Ops; internal documentation is adequate to great; and HR is first class.

Cons:
A lot of meetings. Training leaves something to be desired. There are offshore folks and west coast folks so you have to deal with that.
Most of the logic is within oracle procedures so unless (or even if) you are working with that, the webapp has a rube goldberg tinge.

Still trying to find place in market. Strong tech but the market is shifting towards UI so flashier solutions are gaining ground. The team is smart and strong. Just a tough market.

Its really very nice to be a part of Aria Systems as environment and my colleagues are so nice to be with them. Work culture is also good, Each and every employee have transparency  of the work going on.

Very busy all the time 
Two teammate worked there only seven months and let go
Workload was too much
Every two weeks there is a release
Old technology 
No help from others 

For a young startup, not a very vibrant environment. Very silo-ed departments. Need to know the right people to thrive. Very disappointed.
