This company, employees and owner makes going to work very easy to do. My days at ATC have been amazing. This company cares about their clients, employees and the clients families. They have toy drives for the less fortunate children. The management team is outstanding. Everyday for 4 the 4 months out of the year that I work there is enjoyable. Yes we have had hard clients to deal with but the training that this company gives, teaches you to deal with every situation in a calm and professional way to make your day go easy and stress free.

What Stands out is the customers they request & appreciates my services  every year. I love putting smiles on other people faces and providing great customer service and support in any I can to my customers. The most exciting part is meeting new people and experiencing all walks of life with different views of life. This has allowed me to be open minded over the years.

GOOD COMPANY WITH GOOD PAY AND INCENTIVES. AT LEAST ONE OFF DAY PER WEEK FOR TAX PREPARERS. PAY EVERY 2 WEEKS. PAYROLL ISSUES ARE ADRESSED QUICKLY AS WELL AS ANY OTHER ISSUES. OWNERS ARE FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK FOR.

The young lady who trained me and gave me my schedule was very nice. It was the owner and the man who we was working for. Very rude and mean..he told the customers whatever they wanted to hear just to get there money... he was very rude to his employees

Management for this company is almost non existent. You will threatened often about losing your job because of quota demands. New ideas are left on the floor, but employees are blamed for not having them. Wages are treated unfairly.

I enjoyed having to solve different problems that come my way through the day.  I have also enjoyed helping taxpayers get the maximum allowed under the IRS law.  

Worked well with all staff.
