Work-life balance
I enjoyed the job of being able to work with the people in the homes. But as for management they are inconsistent with the schedule. I believe that I wasn't paid for all of my time that I out in because I bad to normal client's and was called to pick up other clients and they said that it was with my one clients check but I'm pretty sure I was cheated out them hours and my child support was stopped payment out of my checks but after looking at them it was never stopped but was never recorded by state and documented by my records.

nice staff and helpful boss . the company teats you well and cooperation is very through.  it's a good company to work for

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I don't have any stress. they even give you cab back and forth for cases far away

very good I have no problem with the culture it's diverse 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
a typical day is smooth.  your asign a case and you travel to your location to do the job that you accepted.  no problem

Not stressful in this company, employees/colleagues will always help.

Friendly atmosphere in the office and attentive attitude towards patients.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I meet patients and communicate with them all day long, creating a friendly atmosphere.

It was not a very good place to work. My typical day was dealing with HR and orientation and reviewing files. To deal with the management in the Brooklyn office was horrible. When you asked for help no one answered you you were ignored. And if you made a mistake you were bullied and belittled by the upper management. It’s very disheartening when you’re running for offices for the company and you can’t get anybody on the phone to assist. I left their voluntarily due to the treatment

If you are looking for a professional atmosphere, stay away from this agency. Hint words: Scam, racist, office politics, unethical. The minute they know you know your regulations, they fire you. The office is unsuitable to work in, cold, dirty, dust all over, and  is located on top of a methodone clinic. The saddest part, the owner knows whats wrong, but pretends he does not know, seems he is afraid of the office manager.

A typical day for me would be coming in the morning and making my patient breakfast and making sure she takes her medication. Then I would clean the dishes and kitchen; From the kitchen I would go and clean the bathroom. After cleaning the bathroom if she needs a bath, I would assist her in taking her a bath. I would prepare her some lunch if she is hungry. I also assist her to her appts when she has them. I enjoy my job and take my job very serious.

They don’t mind giving out time sheets or gloves. They have a lot of benefit fo hha. I been working like 7 years with them and have no bad experience like amazing home care. Now they don’t enough case and I don’t know why?... anyway this is one of the best agency anyone can work with. Willing to help clients in or ways . I always recommend this agency wherever I go

This is a great company they makes you feel to work everyday all day

They have you work with them for years and don't want to pay.
I had a family member that put in a word for me to get me hired she  ended up leaving because they had her doing so much and didn't promote her and working with them for about 10 years the barely wanted to give a raise. I believe the raise was only twenty-five cents. 
Bad company.

I like that I can go to work and clock in and the management is not on top of you daily basis. They do call the patient to make sure you are doing your job right. which seems fair to me. I also feel comfortable walking into the office. The workers at the office are friendly.
