Auto Approve (Location Services) hired me as a Loan Consultant and promised the career of my dreams. After a very unorganized and unprofessional interview/onboarding process I was still sold on the company and accepted the position. I taught myself everything as there was zero training provided. By the time I learned enough to outsmart the dishonest management staff and "HR" I had wasted months of my life on a dead end job. Many promises were made prior to my acceptance of the position, none of the critical factors that led to me accepting the job were anything more than smoke and mirrors. I soon realized it was one of the biggest career mistakes one could make. There is no formal training and management is unwilling and unable to help. The main priority at this company is to increase the overwhelming amounts of debt and negative equity the leads are requesting financial consultation for. The only advice I can give if you have no other options is as follows: do not trust a word you hear from management or HR, be prepared to train yourself, find all the answers to any questions or concerns, and realize you will live off of next to nothing for at least 6 months. Aside from that, if you don't mind the toxicity, neglect, and discrimination, you'll love it!

There was never a best part. This company lies to their employees of their work load and role

You get thrown to the wolves on your role. Training was never thorough and poor leadership. Your opinions don’t matter to the company at all. Daily layoffs tend to happen as well

-Leadership are liars and fake
-All they care about is numbers and if you don’t work fast enough you get hounded. 
-Very micro manage work environment 
-You basically get treated like school children 



What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You would think your typical day you just log on and do your job, but no they expect you to be so reactive with each other in the team chats like it’s some kind of controlling cult. They will be on your backs if you aren’t responsive all the time.

All day long calls,no breaks.They don't pay you to learn,I came in with experience but most employees they hire have little or none and thats a shame because you are dealing with customers personal financial information.Management offers no support.The culture is toxic,even with a constant chat line between employees which is very distracting at times.The job is easy but the pay by industry standards are the lowest and they have the nerve to set a cap on commission at around 1k and it constantly changes and last but not least human resources is a joke,they are non existent when you need something and will nickle and dime you on every thing from pay,benefits, and they will make you pay out of your own pocket to return their equipment after you leave the company,I still have not been reimbursed since returning their equipment despite notfying the manager in human resources on several occasions.

Management and team members support each other, collaborative work environment and easy to get along with most people

Keeping up-to-date with constantly changing policies and procedures, lack of support and infrastructure for bilingual employees

No work culture since remote job, pretty much just do your job and meet your goals and you’ll be left alone. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Turn on your laptop work on new loans, follow up an existing loans work with various departments to get the loan funded

Work from home is the best benefit 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Impossible to get all your work done without working overtime but they will claw back some of your overtime pay if you hit commission.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
On your own majority of the time.  Zero additional training.  Zero empathy if you have a problem.  Your job is to sell warranties on bad refinances with really extended terms that do not help people in the long run.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You are not only responsible for pitching approvals but also chasing docs and following through with most of the processing.

Incompetent, under qualified middle management team. Their strategies and decision making actually has a negative effect on the business production.

Micromanaging to the point it borders on being an invasion of privacy. They will listen to your calls live all day, you can hear them on the line with you. And they can access your computer remotely at any time and record your screen. It feels like you are always being watched.

Also very dishonest, lying about the income potential. The commissions are miniscule to begin with on the payplan and they are always finding new ways to reduce them even further. No positives to working here, every day is worse than the last one.

Worst company ever to work for! They overwork you, treat you with no dignity or respect. They will use you and abuse you, you are replaceable no matter the work you put in. Autoapprove doesn't value there employee, they only care about making their production. Don't work for this company.

They will over work you and they won't value your input.

Stressful, overload works, no respect for their employee.

Overload of work to process daily.

There really isn't any good parts of working for this company.

They dangle the carrot with huge expectations to hit certain numbers in order to be paid fair.

Toxic work environment with overpaid managers who know minimal. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hours on the phone and company tracks amount of time you are on the phone and talk time as well as how many dials you made that day.

Helpful Mgrs but you have to have almost 50-60 deals in your pipeline to see a legit paycheck

Trying to sell a customer on taking a 84 month loan

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's remote, so it's great in that respect. But,  you have to be on that phone every single minute. They track & monitor your log in time, your in que time, your talk time, etc

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Being on the phone the WHOLE time you're logged in

Mind you I have 10 yrs auto finance experience... ALL LIES IS TRUE!!! The first day of training we signed  our pay plan agreeing on the terms... 2 weeks into starting this so called job they change the pay plan because the company isn’t making enough money... They require 70-80 calls a day even though I’m working deals with customers.... they expect you to stop everything to make those worthless calls for $12 an hour... BTW this first $12500 in sales you don’t make a dime!!! Don’t be fooled by these idiots.... out of 84 employees only 3-4 make over $10k a month... the rest only make $3-$4000 a month.... WASTE OF TIME......ALL LIES TO GET YOU IN... YES IM GONE NOW...
