Working at Avinext provides an exciting, challenging, and rewarding working experience. However, upper-level management does not listen to employees, and has a strong aversion to compensating technicians at market rate. Job provides for excellent work/life balance, as well as ample opportunity for OTJ training and continuing education. Good for a short-term job, but look elsewhere for a career, as upper management makes no effort to retain or promote talented employees.

It's a fun place to work but the general manager likes to micromanage everything. He makes it difficult to do your job because it's not done the way he would have done it. Great benefits and pay. For an A/V installer, you'll be traveling out of town a lot.

Working at Avinext is great. There is plenty of opportunities to learn and grow with the company. The work load varies but for the most part it is a good amount. Management supports the employees to get the job done with good quality. 

Flexible hours and an abundant amount of great information to learn. Easy to get ahead of work and not feel overwhelmed. A place for advancement in personal career. Very helpful.

Very easy to learn in the environment that Avinext presents. Everyone is helpful and wants you to succeed. The job itself is very interactive and hands on.
