Overall the job is a good job the work is very easy if there was teamwork. Management doesn't enforce rules fairly. Those that are lazy are given a free pass to do nothing while those that are hard workers are made to do the work of the lazy ones. This place has tons of fringe benefits. There are not many part time jobs that give scholarships, 403,b aflac and student loan help.??! The problem is morale. Who wants to come to work do a good job and be rewarded by being given more work because your terrible supervisor doesnt want to manage. Who feels it is too much work to make the lazy ones do their own work!! When Im working I feel like I have no supervisor. Example: the shift before me kept leaving 1 particular resident wet everyday when I come in. Like literally urine up to his back! Clearly he hasnt been changed in hours. Its an ongoing problem. I ask my supervisor to address it with the am supervisor I was told to make sure I check him soon as I clock in. She said she wasnt getting involved. How!!!!??? Its neglect first of all. I had to inform the am supervisor myself! Havent had a problem since. It just feels like we have no back up.

Gave entertainment for the residents and enjoyed working with the other aids.  We worked the nightshift and the management was great.  The hardest part of the job was when there were times you had to deal with the aids coming in with all kinds of attitudes and changing stuff that did not make sence.  The most enjoyable part of the job was entertaining the clients and when the management would do things to appreciate the workers, and that made us feel good.

Terrible place to work they don’t care about you or the residents very prejudice and if you have a problem with management you can’t go to HR because they work together and will go against you and terminate you so you have to work thru your problems or fear being terminated HR is very rude mean and nasty the management team is very unprofessional if you don’t know you have to figure it out yourself it’s a very unhappy place to work something you have to figure it out on your own

Beaumont is a beautiful and unique  place to work. Residents and families are respectful and appreciative  . Co-workers are dedicated. All of this in spite of a very toxic HR director and senior leadership  that turns a blind eye. Chronic morale issues. I have never felt so disrespected professionally. It’s sad that such a place can’t be a more healthy environment. 

Not a bad place to work.Management is a little quirky,health center is a constant turn over but that may be true in many assisted living facilities.Probably the best fellow employees I have ever worked with.Mostly long term employees that work together and help each other out.

I enjoy working at Beaumont! Wonderful place to work! Supervisors are very helpful! Residents are very friendly! Always have hours available and work very well with your schedule. Would refer a friend to work at Beaumont.

Okay job pretty decent benefits. Opportunities for continuing education and scholarships. Employee benefits pretty decent. High deductible plan but they give you money on a HSA account.

Enjoyed my time at Beaumont. Helped a lot with building my customer service with people. Management could use a little help but overall enjoyed working there.

Beaumont at Bryn Mawr is a excellent place to work . Everyone is kind and work together to make sure the patients get the best care they can . You will also learn so much from the Nurses and Doctors.

Since working at Beaumont I have learned a lot about this field and enjoyed my time doing it. The hardest part about this job overall is not being able to please everyone.
