Working at Berman means you’ll be working for 10x law too. Both firms are JOKES. There is high turnover because there is NO procedure, no structure, and no ethics. The firm is TOXIC. High case load with NO support.  They retain ANYONE because they’re so desperate for settlements. Clients that have no coverage, no injuries, and no respect are retained. You will waste your time in garbage files. They will pay well, and allow remote work because they know there is NOTHING else to offer here. Management? Is a JOKE. The founders don’t even talk to you and treat you like a nonexistent employee, not a team member. This firm is full of arrogant people, and will always pick on you to milk out as much they can. Never enough, I feel bad for the workers here. That is why I and so many others left. Savor your days on Earth and find another firm to work for. 

In your average day of work at Berman Law Group, you will never look at the time and wonder when the day will end. There is always something to do which in fact only leads to JOB SECURITY. If you show your loyalty and work ethic to the firm, they will reciprocate to you. Management is always understanding and will listen to any of your concerns. The hardest part of the job comes with the field, there is no other firm where you won't have to put out a fire in the legal field. The most enjoyable part of the job is the firms culture, the employees all have a teamwork built from the ground up and it remains constant within the firm year after year. Also, they throw a really awesome Christmas party :-)

One thing is for sure: in law, there is never a zero stress moment. The owners are dedicated business men and attorneys that have the goal of turning their firm into one of the greatest in the country, and rightfully so, this is not for everyone. 

There will be long hours, on call/out of hours moments and last minute problems to be solved, but if you keep up the pace and connect well with team members, you'll thrive. 

I was able to network heavily and gain astounding experience in several industries due to their interest in other businesses to grow rapport for the firm. I would've not done it any different. If life takes me again close to an opportunity to work here, i would!

This place is not a place to work if you are someone who just likes to do the least amount of work as possible. This firm is busy, and if you do not have a go-getter attitude, then this is not the place for you. But if you are someone who is a hard worker, organized and someone who likes to be challenged, this is your place to be. 

They are very generous with providing their employees with what they need for marketing, networking and growing their clientele. They also appreciate their employees, and very often show it through catered lunches, massage therapists, gift cards to the nail salon, etc. They know that if their employees are happy, they will work hard and keep the clients happy.

Berman Law group has been the best career move for me yet. I made the choice of leaving an unprofessional work space, but with the Pro of having Fridays off, knowing that I wanted more. What I enjoy about my Law Firm is the Professionalism, Quality, and Value. I think it's very important to have both work and play, and my office provides that. I've been able to learn a lot with coworkers and bosses who always keep you on your toes, but know to make it a great/fun Atmosphere as well.

We hold birthdays in the kitchen for everyone, Lunch is provided here and there, Gift cards, Bonuses + more.

A good place to start out in law if you don't have experience and want to learn as much as you can, I've enjoyed it so far. Fast paced, you have to be ready to learn on your own. But they are, at least in my department, very helpful if you have questions and don't know something. Most people here are very easy to get along with. It is stressful, but if you are passionate about what you are doing, the stress is worth it. You have to be quick and efficient, organized, and okay with taking constructive criticism because mistakes are going to happen. I see this being a place to work for a long time and look forward to my time here.

This is a money driven firm under the pretense of having clients’ best interest in mind. The level of procedures, expectations, pressure to bring money in as fast as possible is  like nothing I have ever experienced. There is no work life balance. One second away from your job sets you back months with attorneys breathing down your neck. The turnover is very high. New people start everyday and it is not uncommon to work with someone one day and they are gone the next day. Horrible environment and horrible experience. Thankful to no longer be there.

What you put in is what you get out. You can start as an intern and work your way up if you are willing to work hard and put in the time and effort. It  is a very busy and fast paced environment but you are constantly learning and every employee is willing to help and support one another.

The firm is very appreciative of their employees, they provide you with great bonuses if you put in your maximum effort. They cater lunches for us and provide us with all that is necessary to succeed within the firm. Overall, great office to work in!

Working here at the Berman Law Group has really opened my eyes to the legal and insurance world. The department I work in is the most collabrative, helpful and all around greatest group of individuals i've had the pleasure of working with. While the work may be tedious and challenging it really is worth it once its all said and done. The company culture is awesome, theres always cake for birthdays and after work hangouts. Nothing that I love more than a group of people that can work hard together and also play hard.

Being a part of The Berman Team has been a great experience. The office has a relaxed atmosphere that provide the tools for me to carry out my job duties in an effective manner. They are very flexible in providing time off needed for life's circumstances. The company has also been the best in making sure employees are protected during this unforeseen COVID19 pandemic. The office has a very steady pace of business and provides a consistent opportunity for learning and growth.
