Beumer is a great place to work at culturally, always fun being around people there,  competitive, my direct boss was great person, simple, encouraging, and great with communication. Sometimes when commissioning we get to work long hours but i enjoy it so much, i am a hard worker so i have no problem working a lot as long as a healthy team is there working with me.  Th weather was the hardest thing i was facing in NJ.

It is so toxic that almost every single long time employee has left. If you are not a man don’t bother working here. HR will act like you are a bother and won’t help you. HR managers have no interest in employees. Engineering manager is very knowledgeable and supportive but doesn’t have the power to change upstairs management. Its good if you need visa sponsorship & training to move on to a better job.

I had a ton of support and training at the beginning and felt valued through out my entire time there. I learned something new everyday and there was always someone willing to help. The management treated me with respect and like I was commentate and capable of succeeding.

Beumer is a highly advanced technology company. They have excellent pay and benefits. But lack in some areas of communication and support. Very little micro management. For the most part the job is enjoyable except for the lack of communication and unknown job security.

No chance for advancement or professional development, Now closing doors and putting families out on the street. This is suppose to be a family friendly place. It was when I started. Not now.

There are a number of very intelligent/skilled people driving the company forward.  The company is very successful and I hope they continue to thrive.

Excellent company that provides benefits for free. I received good training at my location and in Germany. My manager was great and I loved working with my team.

Top management is never at the company location.  If problems arise they show up to chew and then disappear.  GM never got his hands dirty, didn't relate well with the employees.

Great people excellent benefits pay could be better, management needs to stop relying on HR to make decisions, product has taken a downturn in recent years on the sortation side

Having to prove to the so-called specialists at HQ that things could be done was rather frustrating. US organization was ok until management changes were implemented.
