What is the best part of working at the company?
4 10s a week work hours and the pay is good.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management is horrible. Maintenance department is a mess and no guidance or directions. Very unprofessional. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Low Morel and stressful work environment. Every one is working for themselves. No team work at all.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful, boring, and Chaotic

   Very hostile environment, supervisor tells the new people that they can’t work overtime yet at the same time, special treated people in Maintenance can come in everyday.
   I got rear ended on my motorcycle going to work and I got treated like it was my fault that I missed days due to being in an accident.
   Pathetic people who are two-faced

It was a okay warehouse and they paid good money. The only things was we worked in very hot and dangerous conditions. There where no windows or AC. We worked around huge ovens that could go up to 500 F. When it was hot outside that meant the warehouse was 4x hotter inside.

If you you are willing to be a slave this is the perfect job for you. The management sucks most of the time you need to work 3x more from what you have to do because people quit every month and for your lunch its sucks sometimes you get it 1 hour before you go home. Benefits not good at all. 6 days a week no weekend off  no good att all

Fast paced places to work, small company so many duties needed to be shared. On a typical day I would work on payroll time and attendance,Payroll Processing was done on Monday and Tuesdays.  Accounts Payable, Customer Service, Back up to Human Resources, Back up to Administration Assistant,.

Great paying job. working 6 to 7 days a week over the summer time. Crossed trained on a lot of positions. Work from Fork lift, Sanitation, Production Operator, to Package Operator. Minimum free time. Hard to plan week or days cause schedule never set.

Company is under new management and is really focusing on employees.  They care about their teams.  New plant director seems to invest in the employees.  HR team is supportive. Supervisors do their best to work with your needs.  New management has turned this place around

Management cares about the employees, Busy but automated. great people and great pay. chance to learn every job and advance your career with a union company with great benefits.

Baldinger Bakery was a great place to work the Supervisors were understanding, The coworkers were great to work with I enjoyed every year I worked there it was a Union job,Im just sad it had a huge lay off.
