My internship with the Baltimore Ravens as part of the Marketing Event Staff was a mixed experience. While I gained exposure to the fast-paced world of sports marketing, the role often involved long hours and physically demanding tasks. I was involved in planning and executing various events, which provided practical experience but also highlighted the less glamorous side of event management, including setup and breakdown duties. Communication within the team could have been improved, as there were times when instructions were unclear or last-minute changes created confusion. Despite these challenges, I did learn valuable lessons in time management and adaptability. However, the internship lacked structured mentorship and professional development opportunities, which limited my growth in certain areas. Overall, the experience had its ups and downs, providing a realistic view of the demands and complexities of a career in sports marketing.

A typical day was allways fun happy a lot to do learned so much about football the NFL, Public Relations,Marketing, Coaching, Medical Staff, Personnel, Management was wonderful and allways great to me. They were there whenever i needed them. Loved all my co-workers, hardest part of job was going on the road when i had a newborn at home. The most enjoyable part was traveling to places i had never been meeting all sorts of people from all walks of life,going to the SuperBowl getting a ring and most of all grateful to Art Modell for hiring me and giving me a chance.

I got this job after I graduated from college. Along with getting my Master's degree, the Ravens emphasized that this isn't another job but a family environment. Around Mid-season is where it gets hectic and where others tend to leave. Goes to show wherever or not you can mentality hang in there. The experience itself is very useful and helps build your connections with others. Be on your best behavior as you never know who will come in and check out your position. Could be upper management to different league officials to make sure everything is in top condition.

On a daily basis we prepared for our upcoming opponent by studying film and practicing our plays against theirs. The management, which included the front office and coaching staff, created an environment conducive for winning. My co-workers were very professional and brought their A game to work each day. The hardest part of the job was not knowing when you would be released. By far, the most enjoyable part of the job was comradery and the pay checks. The lessons learned within this organization easily helped me to transition to any field in corporate America and to thrive.

I played football my whole life and getting to the NFL was a dream of mine. I loved every aspect of it. From the weight room workouts, to meetings, to practices, to game day! I got a lot of my morals and mental make up from what is demanded of you in football. Such as being early instead of just on time, being attentive, supportive and working as a team to obtain the team goal. Teaches you to be selfless.

Working for the Baltimore Ravens as a game-day intern was one of the best experiences I've had. The Marketing department was full of young and dedicated professionals, and they challenged you to learn and work as hard as you can. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would recommend applying for a job with them if at all possible.

The reason why the Baltimore Ravens are successful is because of the commitment to excellence and dedication to the city. They are considered one of the best sport organizations in the country among all professional sport teams due to their standards and accountability of every individual performing to the best of their ability.

I had very much enjoyed my time at the marching band but had been in another marching band at the time and couldn't do so many practices at once. I couldn't physically keep up with two bands while attending college at the same time.

I did not work for the Baltimore Ravens. I had an opportunity to shadow the facility and one pf their corresponding sports journalists. I was a nice way to get an inside glimpse of the sports journalism world. I spent a full work day at the Raven's practice facility.
