Once I applied for the position that had been open for employment, I was rapidly notified and sent the necessary documents to began my temporary employment. Fortunately, the site was close to my residence. At the start, all was fair. I began noticing ethical problems in management which changed my motivation and interest in my continued employment there. I made mention to BeMore Staffing but got the sense that the only thing that mattered was the contract between the two companies. There after, I  took sick and the sub company no longer wanted to uphold the contract or my employment there. The maintenance supervisor advised the property manager of that. BeMore Staffing to their good support, found me another job no more than 3 weeks later. I found satisfaction in working for The new sub company until Covid-19 became an epidemic.

I liked working with this company. I didn’t have any problems until I worked my required hours and the other company wanted to hire me. BeMore staffing said oh now you have to work 480 hours instead of 320 in order for the permanent position to hire me. They said I was signing “old paperwork.” Temp companies make it seem like they want you to get hired and become permanent. But they lose money when you get hired on so they will try to keep you for as long as possible so they can make money off of you.

Everything convenient with payout

Nothing to be honest and evbody was polite

Down to earth myoay out on time

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A stress Free day and working with no attitude

This company pays you very low wages . Even if you came with years of experience you still get paid $14 an hour- $15 depending on who assigns you. Their portfolio of clients are not very huge but you can wait on assignments too far in between!This is a temporary staffing company!They don't have a real office to meet  at!

Paid was very good and you can make your own hours

Nothing it was enjoyable  and stress free

Nice and stress free and nice people

Working hard and getting the job done

What I absolutely  love about the company is the owner NEVER looks at the employees as a problem and understands that every assignment is not a perfect match. With that being said you're now able to go to your next without feeling as if the company wouldn't consider you for another assignment.

At first the job seems perfect, flexible schedule decent pay.. they make 14 extra dollars a hour on top of your hourly pay when you go into the sites to work. If the site employee comes in or they don’t need you. They do not compensate for your travels or even the day for 1hour before dropping your shift but the company still gets paid for the day. Just no company loyalty.. all for self.

I have have employed with the company for over a year now. I have had opportunities to work a permanent position with the communities I have helped, but decided to stay with BeMore, as I am a full-time Realtor. This gives me more freedom to create my own schedule. Just wish they paid me more$.

I just started working with Bemore Staffing on August 2nd 2021 & the job they have me placed at I love it. I’m currently working doing porter work & the job is pretty much easy but if your not into cleaning jobs you should definitely start getting into it not a lot of work 

Job has poor advancement. Poor communication about assignments. No job benefits. Not forthcoming on salary. Staff did not work with me when ever I had a medical emergency for a few weeks. Instead they pushed me away from the company. Company officials were rude and nasty.
