There is gender pay gap which is very difficult to fill. Hard work and knowledge provided in terms of your services does not justify the equality in pay between gender. HR support in certain things is missing when it’s required non biased opinion or support to company employees. Favoritism kills the enthusiasm and placement of right employee at right position is lacking. Company policy is that anybody can do anything. You don’t need qualified people, you only need right guidance to take work from employee which some times put the qualified more knowledgeable and deserving person down the ladder. Not a good place to grow. Perfect place to work if someone don’t want to grow but want simple life working hourly and getting OT. More politics is involved once you climb the ladder and try to go up. Transparency on certain basic things is missing. Workers at technician levels are asset of the company. Hope owner realizes and take some interest knowing true culture of his company. 

I got along with all of my co-workers. Management were careing and understanding, helped when needed. A typical day at work was getting a batch record for Dispensing/Blending, getting all the materials ready for the job,( labels drums and buckets) and also checking the raw materials for accurate amounts and recieving numbers and expiration dates to be dispensed and blended. I learned how to read and do the batch record, dispensed the correct amount of each material to be dispensed, to load and unload the blender of the raw materials to make the product. I also did packaging of the product. The hardest part of the job was the first time learning how to do the reconcilitation after each part of the batch record, but after a couple of times I got it and it was a piece of cake. The most enjoyable part of this job was knowing that I was making a product that helped people, and the team of people that I worked with.

I will not recommend anyone to work in Belcher pharmaceutical . After 15 + years of experience  in pharmaceutical industry I arrived at this facility and it was the worst experience ever. 
Place is all politics, if you speak up, you are on their list. To many favoritism. Training  is a joke, actually NO training at all. 
Low paying production employees. Management and production employees don't speak English on production floor.
The professionalism and good people are not respected !!!

All the people are good and respectful. Work culture is good.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing actually. Some times work is more because of more business to the company.

Excellent work environment and hard working culture.

Starts with wishing good morning to the people.

Belcher has been a horrible work experience for myself along with others I had the pleasure of working with, I also have a pervious work experience to base this off of. I would not recommend Belcher to anyone I know. I strongly believe myself along with others are completely underpaid and over worked. This company is very corrupt, I have nothing good to say so I will stop here.

The company managers operate on fear. Very poor communication and poor training regimen. There are expectations of output, but zero teamwork to execute on those needs. Information is concentrated to specific individuals without proper transmission of information to team members. There is a clear history of poor employee retention.

They underpay you but over work you. Low pay with no benefits. You do other peoples work while trying to finish yours. You are daily overstressed with trying to finish your work. They favor their people. If you speak up, they push you down and become on there bad list.

It's a great place to gain entry-level experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Middle management is the heart and sole of this company.

Either hire more people or pay more! Quit treating people like disposable commodities! Y'all ought to be ashamed of yourselves. No way to run a buisness its no surprise you have high turnover.

It’s a good place to start but there will be not be any growth in the career. Management is very biased. Hard work is not recognized. You need to satisfy the ego of higher authorities to be recognized.
