A day at work can be exciting and stressful at the same time. The clientele is consistent and help your day go smooth by being pleasant. The environment sometimes get hectic when the schedule becomes full. Some techs would cut corners and some clients be upset. The hardest part I’ll say is when the salon is busy, the phone is ringing back to back, coworkers argue in front of clients when things are misunderstood. All at the same time, which is sometimes brief. Overall I enjoy my place of work, I think it needs to be more structured and more meetings to help the salon flow easier because there’s a lot of reoccurring issues that needs to be acknowledged and fixed..


This Salon is a beautiful and an overall enjoyable place to work. The customers are very interesting and successful people as well as the other employees. The biggest problem though is that the owners do not fully understand what goes on in the salon even though the employees tell them what is going on. They instead choose not to listen. Therefore it becomes, at times a stressful and frustrating environment when supplies are needed and issues need to be solved.

A typical day at work starts with a good cup of coffee and with a push of a button to an Apple computer. Review the sales from the previous day, over night voice mails/ txt messages, emails from customers and or Boss, if you're opening and if you're closing count how many sales were accomplished that day, how much cash was made and a summary of your shift. Along with customer needs and remember " customers are always right. ".

Typically we open the salon turn everything on that we need for the day. Greet clients check them in on our system seat them host them ask them if they would like anything to drink such as water champagne tea etc. walk around makes sure everyone else is doing okay and once they are done we check them out and help clean up the salon daily.

- Work hard everyday from 9 am to 8 pm, six days a week.
- Improve my communication while talking to customer.
- Owner of Santa Monica franchise is a good guy to work with
- Over 12 co-workers in the salon. They're there to make money, no joking around. 
- The hardest part of the job is long hours working. 
- But overall I feel good to take care customer's need and make them happy to be alive

No incentive to improve or advance. No sense of team or accountability. Mediocre/satisfactory work is all that is expected. Disrespectful managers, doesn’t care about customer service. Annoying problems that are never fixed . Inconsistent pay ! Always half to keep track of missing tips ! Impossible to take a day off .

Always a busy day! Nice to come across a diverse range of people and cultures - who at the end of the day all come in for the same reason: to pamper themselves but do so in a healthy and clean way!

Working for Bellacures, over the years, has become more and more demanding. Once you finish training, they LOAD shifts on you and expect you to work every last one of them... So basically, the owners expect for Bellacures to become your life...

I worked for bellacures only for a few months. I felt like it was extremely fast paced and a lot of work for the lack of pay. Management was nice but a bit unprofessional

no growth over worked and under paid! Just work there for the free services. Each franchise owner is different  so good luck
