A typical day at work, can be a good day or not so good. first you have to have lots of patience and understanding for your clients, as well as their family members. As for myself, I became a CNA to learn how to care for my sons who are disabled. I've gained skills and knowledge that will allow me to provide and  care of my sons at home. Working through an agency you don't have a lot of contact with management or co-workers. the hardest part of the job is when you lose a client. the most enjoyable part of the job for me is when my clients make progress, big or small accomplishments.

I love working at blue dot.. great staff . Always willing to take the time if you have questions. office always on call.. you can work as much as you want...... or you can just use it as a second job an fill in some ..

Nothing stressful ..almost perfect

Amazing, welcoming caring , flexible

blue dot is a great plac to work if you like meeting new people an taking care of a diverse group of people then blue dot is the place to be the management team is very knowledge of the clients and the care that is needed

By the company been located in Charlotte it's hard to get clients in the Rock Hill area. But it's a great place to work if u are looking for a part time job. Management is wonderful and very understanding.

Pay was low and did not have a regular work schedule or clients. Company did not pay for mileage for gas. Management was considerate with your time and job but pay was not worth the time.

For the most part the staff is friendly and they try to fit your you in the way you want to work,its a good company to work for as a extra income not a permanent one

Most of the assignments were short. I only worked when they needed backup. There wasn't a guarantee for full-time work. Management was great and understanding.

Not much to say. Was just alright. Hours came and went. Sold to you like a used car salesman though wish managers were more upfront about issues within organization. 

Loved my patients, learned a lot but just not enough hours and flexibility due to my schedule.  Some management issues, but other than that it was a good company.
