You spend most of the day being yelled at by people for things going wrong and expected to magically fix it for them instantly over the phone, with upper management barking down your neck for taking 10 seconds to long on breaks or even calls themselves, and if you work second shift you are stuck there till every caller is taken care of. The immediate management is great, they care and try to help you the best they can, but the people over them could care less about you or your mental health and want to crank numbers as high as possible without even understanding the workload of the job.
When I was first hired I was told they like to promote and hire from within, and there was an opening for a different position that I wanted to work, I applied and then was given an interview time on a national holiday then left with silence from them for 2 months before being told oh they decided to hire someone from outside the company. Then I was essentially told by my manager that I couldn't move to a different position cause we needed people too badly.

Direct management is great! They will waste your time with a second meeting during the day while you could be making money. They will fire you before they have to pay you your sign on bonus like right before you get your sign on bonus so they don't have to pay you your sign on bonus. 
Poorly constructed poorly. Managed in upper management. Good pay. Not worth the headache. 
The background check was overly extensive and invasive and not necessary. 
Sneaky work behind your back. Don't give you any chance to succeed if you are struggling. 
Poorly managed company. Good compensation but poorly managed. They know exactly what they're doing and they don't want to pay you what they say they're going to pay you. 
They don't like efficiency, or creative ways to make sales. 
Would highly recommend not working for this company at all. They're disorganized and beat around the bush and not tell you the truth.

Hardest part of the job is playing 3D chess with your jobs (Installs, Troubles, and Discos/Nonpays) to get everything done in a timely matter.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the people I directly work with, We are a no BS group all prior military so we are direct and strive for excellence (as much as we can because 70% of the time we have no stock to work with or time in the day to get all jobs compleated)

I started as a door to door sales rep.  I have been in sales my whole life but never approached homes before.   I was given good training, I shadowed other reps and install techs.  I had 2 full weeks of training on top of that.   I was given all electronics and tools needed.   I was praised everyday,  if I struggled and my manager and my regional manager spent time to answer my questions and give me positive encouragement.  
The pay is AWESOME.  The third week I was there we did a Satuday blitz and in 3 hours I made $450 in EXTRA bonus pay, plus my normal pay.  My boss is very kind, encourages me and is always there to help me and give me a pep talk.   I have ZERO negative things to say.  I'm so thankful and happy that I found this company.

Prepare to sacrifice quality for quantity
Lacking proper training in all fields

Your yearly review will suffer from others mistakes that you had no involvement in.

Any attempt to communicate concerns or offer solutions will be met with deaf ears at best.

You will be micromanaged when they want improved numbers, which were poor from their own incompetence to begin with.

Pathetic wage raise cap made even worse from yearly reviews.

It's a great place to work for "yes men" without morals or empathy for their customers. Those with a conscious will have a bad time.

This was the absolute worst place that I ever worked. Literally from the health benefits never getting to where I could even use them at all because the HR department can’t even begin to set them up to having a managers who couldn’t even begin to do the job of the people that they supervised. Also they lie about the work schedule for the sales people you work every Saturday unless you average a number of sales that isn’t even possible and the managers couldn’t get any where close to the made up number they give the workers. It’s literally a door to door sales job and the managers never did door to door and would die if they had to walk for a full day. Literally the worst job EVER 

As a Broadband Technician you work mostly by yourself on a daily basis. You are in charge of managing your day and ensuring you stay on time and complete all jobs through out the day. You will learn most everything about the communications industry. Management feels poor at times. Co-workers are great. We work as a team on a daily basis to ensure all jobs are complete by the end of the day. The hardest part of my job is knowing we get paid on the lower end of the national average spectrum. The most enjoyable part of my job is troubleshooting certain problems and restoring services to an active customer.

Coworkers are great. The C suite team doesn't have a clear plan. Monthly goals are usually set and given in the middle of the month.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company is way to top heavy. They have more VP's then actual call center reps.

Stressful, goals change in the middle of month. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Meetings with leadership that very few understand the actual process of the company.

Typical workday is pretty simple. Some days can be overloading than others. I have learned a lot of customer communication skills management is not really there. It’s a fend for yourself kind of workplace. The hardest part of the job is trying to figure out how to do it the right way without any help to lead you on the right path enjoyable part of the job is dealing with customers who are excited to be able to have the services in their house
