I was in the LA office and seriously loved working for Blueprint Studios. The management team there is awesome and the owners are SUPER nice. They treat everyone really well (absolutely no ego nonsense to get in the way of a positive work day). It's a faced paced work environment and it always feels like everyone is helping each other like a true team environment. In 20 years of being in LA, I've NEVER worked somewhere like this before. It's the event business so some days can be high stress but that's pretty normal for this industry. In my first year I was offered an advancement opportunity, they do a bi-weekly catered lunch for the whole staff, and have great benefits.  The ONLY reason I left is because my partner got a job that relocated him out of state so we had to move. The training/on-boarding procedure can be really unorganized though so you definitely need to be the type of person that is not shy to ask questions to thrive here. Nothing is perfect but it is a great place to work.

Administrative support for CEO, Design Sales & Creative Event Design Managers.
Work directly with clients on logistics and design for corporate, social, and non-profit organizations.
Design proposals incorporating sub-rentals and Blueprint inventory.
Maintain relationships with clients and network into new market segments.
Quick turn-and-burn of design elements & furniture rental contracts with preferred clients.
Create & implement new processes during our extensive growth process between the sales team and production / fabrication warehouse.

My co-workers are great people to work with and will be there for support and work as a team. As a team, we all make sure everything to ready to go before the items are put on the truck and find solutions for a last minute request.

During my 15 year work experience, this company is extremely impressive of how much growth can be achieved professionally, personally and the potential growth is endless.

Amazing visionary owners run this company and are always looking to be the trendsetters in the event industry; the goal is to always raise the bar and become the new standard.  This is achieved by their endless capabilities of custom fabrication from their amazing creative teams and the passion spent from all departments.

Teamwork makes the dream work and amazing events are created by this very state of mind.  There are some bumps to be expected but this company has amazing talent spread around their three locations that make visions into reality.

What I love most in my work is the exciting diversity. I've worked on countless interesting projects so far, which helped me to develop my skills and to advance my knowledge as a professional. Besides, I've met amazing and talented people while being at Blueprint and I've grown my network.

The way we identify and tackle problems is also effective. We never hesitate to come together and share any problems and concerns we might have.

Finally, the management is always there to support and guide me to the next step in my career and beyond.

I find the workload to be balanced – just the right level of big and small projects to keep me busy and fulfilled.  Office feels like home and colleagues feel like family especially since I’ve been working here for quite some time now. 
The company is known for developing their staff to take on higher positions.  I lead a large team and their cooperation and support have been constant.  I’m really proud of the projects we have worked on so far. 

Sadly the culture of this organization is poor to nonexistent. Lacking in communication, rampant nepotism, favoritism and zero sense of accountability from management or owners. They promise big and deliver little. The company is regularly short staffed, they miss deadlines, they do not support their team members, they drive anyone with talent out the door if they dare to question anything from the owner and several of the lifers who’ve only ever worked there.
