I loved working here (and wished I worked there longer or found another job within the organization). I worked during all home games so there was a lot of excitement and my boss was really nice while still being stern and making sure we got work done. He was always bringing me goodies and treats and was really funny. You meet a lot of cool people working here and being that I was so young (21 at the time) I felt like I was working with a bunch of my "dads": all really nice and really helpful employees that were constantly giving me tips on my job and letting me know about other job openings (even though its extremely hard to get a job here..in my opinion).

The Boston Celtics are a top notch organization who care dearly about all of their employees and show them on a daily basis.  From free lunches and dinners, to company events and staff building, they really were the best company I've ever worked for.  To this day, I still beat myself up for leaving when I did to return to school.  I've been trying for years now to get myself back into the organization in any way, shape or form.  I'd recommend this company to anyone looking to work with a phenominal organization.

This was a semester long project though Suffolk University working with the marketing team for the Boston Celtics. The purpose of the project was to find the effectiveness of online and in-arena marketing in relation to sponsorship recognition. During the course of a 5 month period, as a team, we designed a survey, conducted in-depth interviews, data collection, coding (SPSS), testing (SPSS), interpretation, strategic marketing plan and presented to the Celtics marketing team. This was one of the most fun and challenging hands on marketing experiences I have had.

I had the privilege to intern with the Boston Celtics during one of my first semesters of grad school. The people are all wonderful to work with and it was a great experience. The internship provided me with a great basis of working in professional sports, primarily in the media relations sector. Everyone was very helpful and kind and still continue to be a great network of contacts and mentors.

A typical day of work as a ballboy insist on many things. From Cleaning to  Food prep as well and Setting Up before the games and after the games as well . Ive learned how to work in fast paste environment where i Delveoped skills on how to be more efficient and effective in everything i do. Working for the Boston Celtics expanded my knowledge of the sport basketball and the dedication,hard work that is put behind it

The managers there hardly ever gave us time off,  we had to work so many events and home games that we hardly never gotten to see our family and friends outside of work, and they mistreat there employees, no days off whatsoever. 

get to truly appreciate and experience Boston sports and culture. Competitive high intensity environment must always be on toes during game nights while maintaining a positive, professional role.

The Boston Celtics were an extremely cooperative organization with  and were excited and helpful during our marketing consulting project.

Work is fast paced and hectic, keeping up is mandatory. I would have wanted more hours but the basketball team only places a few times per week in the winter.

For each job? Really? This is so absurd. I'm at the point where I want to delete my entire account. Each thing listed is mandated to be assessed? I hate this so much
