As a Direct Store Delivery partner with Botanic Tonics, I’ve seen firsthand how Feel Free Classic Tonic performs in the marketplace. From convenience stores to gas stations, it consistently outpaces expectations—often outselling established energy drinks and focus shots.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Upper management says " We care about you guys" when actually the only real reason they would have any care about us is if we were somehow able to produce the numbers they want... There is no planning.. most actions taken are knee jerk reactions and never know what is happening next... IE "ohhhh , everyone will be on day shift next week, 2 hours later; whoa whoa whoa next month we will go to one shift... at this point dont hold your breath and I would never had applied here if I had any idea how bad the upper management was...

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is not safe... they are trying to fit 20 lbs of junk n a 1 lb windsock... The culture is about as favorable as stubbing your toe on the end table while trying to make it to the bathroom

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When you clock in you are expected to be ready to run run run without a gameplan and very little directive other than "Produce product NOW!"

Pay is $16/h which is most likely suitable for the easy but long 10 hour work days but definitely could be more. Putting boxes in boxes or product in boxes/ on your feet all day. Little to 0 room to move up. Management does a decent job but do not pay much attention to you. No training at all but very easy to catch on. 7am-5pm M-T which isn't bad. With recent new manager, no overtime and being cut short of 80 hour work weeks. Old manager gave MINIMUM 80 hour work weeks plus Fridays (optional). Expected to be clocked in 5-10 min before 7. If you work here, try to move up to quality control, they do nothing but sit in a chair on their phones all day (manager doesn't care). If you are given a job that is outside of your pay grade DO NOT continue this without speaking up (they will never upgrade your pay).

Best company I've ever worked for!! Look at this more of a privilege then anything.  True blessing from the gods 

Self paced opportunity with great compensation and excellent leadership. The sky is truly the limit.  Make my own hours and able to make new relationships everyday. Management is very helpful.  Very nice support system. Also has other ways to earn money as well. They give you a referral bonus for people that you bring on. Also offers all sorts of incentives.  Just got back from a winners circle trip all inclusive in cancun. Super amazing 

Could truly be a life changing opportunity if you follow the play book.  Very fast growing products that are also in major retailers like circle k and Murphys gas station 

Prospecting for new customers opportunities every while serving current customers providing superior customer service.  
(Delivering and sampling products making sure the customer instead of is properly educated)

Placing and maintaining point of sale materials that help Consumers to recognize FEEL  FREE is available for sale at this location.

Management makes themselves extremely unavailable to help ensure your success. They also encourage networking with other DSD’s for best practices and relationship.

I enjoy the relationships with the customers and the freedom and income as a Self Employed contractor. If you’re not afraid of work, are paid very well.

I’ve been with Botanic Tonics for over six months now, and it’s been a great experience. My manager was incredibly helpful in getting me comfortable with the role and making sure I understood everything I needed to succeed. I really enjoy the team aspect — everyone works together and supports one another.

Leadership genuinely cares about helping the reps grow their business, and you can see how hard they work to support the business. The market managers are always so energized and encouraging, which makes a big difference day to day.

The company is growing and evolving quickly, and the team does a great job keeping reps informed and providing the tools and support needed to grow long-term. Overall, it’s been a very supportive and rewarding experience!

A typical day as a DSD involves visiting stores, managing inventory, prospecting, and building strong owner relationships. 

The role requires discipline, persistence, and time management skills. Management offers guidance, but self-motivation drives success. Independent, results-focused culture with uncapped earnings.

They also truly invest in their network—I’ve attended their annual company gathering in Vegas and was even awarded a trip to a beautiful resort in Mexico through the leadership club.

 The most rewarding part is closing new accounts and seeing displays you set up move product. I believe this company will only continue to grow and create incredible opportunities for many.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The only good thing about this company is that they give you PTO 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The stressful part about working at this company was the lack of communication that the bosses had and how they treat people is really bad and even if you do more they will still pay you less than the ones that don't do nothing. And they are always changing the schedule from one day to another.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was always really stressful because the supervisor wouldn't even be there to organize new people.

Working at this company was a great experience because it provided many opportunities to learn and grow. From the first day, I was given hands-on training and support from knowledgeable coworkers who were always willing to help. The job challenged me to develop new skills, improve my problem-solving abilities, and gain valuable experience in my field. Management encouraged professional development and recognized hard work, which made me feel motivated and appreciated. Overall, this was an excellent place to build my career, and I left with more knowledge, confidence, and experience than when I started.
