Typical days are busy between sourcing and reaching out to nurses. You need to be organized and communication is key to why we succeed.  I have learned a lot about the administrative side of healthcare as well as staffing in general. Management is very experienced and excited to share their knowledge to help everyone develop professionally and personally.  The culture is a true team and makes it fun to come to work.
