What is the best part of working at the company?
The Residents were the best part while working there. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Very unprofessional and unfair work environment 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible way residents are treated at times verbal and physical abuse. Management is unprofessional overall. There is a click and alot of employees get away with almost anything but the rest lose their job. They do not care to them you are just a number. Their turn over rate is ridiculous.  That is why they can not keep employees because they are mistreated along side the residents. I've never been or seen a company be so disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location or any other location to anyone. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It was stressful at times , but also calming some days.

The residents make up the company. The “higher ups” are just there. The CNA’s are the backbone. The nurses are somewhat helpful. There’s only a few that will. The staffing is horrible with unrealistic standards. It could run so much better if they hired the right people that cares & are willing to stay. The pay doesn’t add up to the work. The pick up bonuses have so many qualifications most people don’t even want to pick up. Nurses rarely help on the floor. It just seems like people just don’t care. I love my job and what I do but the management, staffing, and the duties we are required to perform cannot be done due to the staffing. Hardly any appreciation. They don’t offer meals, or drinks for the staff. It’s always in the conference room for the managers.

Connecting with the resident's; and fulfilling their lives with pleasant care, concern,compassion, love and respect!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working with mean unethical co worker's! The hate and disrespect is real!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture is diversity made up of Black and White staff! The environment is very hostile, the staff are mean, hateful, envy, rude unethical, not pleasant at all! Very rude to the resident's, and have no compassion their at all!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
For me a typical day is appreciating the opportunity of serving the resident's in the most caring and sincere way as possible! I stay far away from staff member's, that are there to create , evilness and hostility!

Im not sure if anything has changed now.
After, a little while of being there red flags started showing ‼️ Staff got bullied if they weren’t going to work certain hours or days.
You have your good ones and bad ones every especially in a nursing home. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Given the opportunity to learning with courses, meeting to teach how to do the best work and have a great staff team to bring quality care to the residents. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes when we do not have enough staff to give care to residents.


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a good environment where you have the opportunity to improve professionally and where you offer residents good services for their well-being

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You learn every day. I love my job and come in happy with the intention of giving my best for my residents

Working here was overall a pretty good experience. I love most of my coworkers (there’s a few everywhere that you don’t mesh well with), I LOVE the residents and i didn’t totally dread going into work. BUT management has their favorites and it’s very clear. There’s people that have been working there for FAR longer than they should be and their faults and mistakes (sometimes very large mistakes) are overlooked. If you have a problem with someone, or have something that you need to report about someone that is their “favorite”, save your breath. If you are good at keeping to yourself, and getting your work done, it’s a decent place to work. 

Other CNAs are MIA throughout the entire shift
A few nurses will throw a fit if you ask questions about one of your residents
teamwork is hit and miss, often times you are doing 2-3 person transfers by yourself
workplace drama and bullying is ridiculously high
management doesn't do anything other than take sides with their favorites
scheduling is pretty consistent, but you can count on staying over at least an hour or two most days
Patients will go neglected for hours on end because certain employees just don't like them



Most of the time you’re short, some nights coming in with one aide while the scramble to find orders when the shift has started! Favoritism is played amongst employees at its finest. Love the residents but many notice the struggle of the workers being alone. Started accepting many patients but wasn’t filling the staffing schedule correctly. Hard to talk to management if you’re not already “their friend” . Bug problem. Once you voice your opinion they let you go without warning. You’ll receive an email of your termination!!

This place is toxic. There is no respect for anyone and you are just an employee number working here. They do not care about you, never thank you for your work and you will remain anonymous and replaceable. Hard work means nothing here. 
The nurses do not lift a finger to help even when you are assigned to over 30 people. The facility is extremely busy and the call lights are nonstop. 
 No one looks happy. There is no teamwork and you are on your own. The nurses will give you an attitude if you ask for anything. 
Don’t waste your time and work for this company. They will work you to death! 


This is a very nice and fair company.  They are considering of others. The teamwork is incredible. A great company to work for.  My work day is always pleasant and easy going.  The management team is very friendly and considerate in meeting your needs.  I learn everyday that having patience is the key. The hardest part of my job is when we are understaffed. The most enjoyable part of my job is putting a smile on the residents face and being able to assist them with the care that they deserve.
