On a day to day most bridge location xfinity’s are slow so you spend most of your time just standing around or watching tv. 75% of customers come to either pay their bill, lower their bill or both. Most customers don't want to buy anything because xfinity raises their bill every month, it gets to the point where they get mad when you cant lower it because of how the promotions and contracts work. the hardest part of the job is not being able to help the customer unless you dont like them. the most enjoyable part for me was getting to know my coworkers and watching tv and movies with them. Management is interesting the store managers get cussed out by the regional manager for not getting enough sales when the customers are literally getting robbed month to month once their promo’s end so people dont want to buy anything or even come inside. like i said before most of your customers will be looking to pay a bill and will shoot you down when you make a pitch. Since the store manager gets cursed out they want you to spam pitch every customer that walks in which makes them not want to buy anything. the promotions for mobile are usually only for new customers so if your already with Xfinity your cooked. the software sales associates use crash at least once a week and it takes hours to come back up which messes up your sales. If you dont sale enough RGU’s they take money from you. There is no work life balance you will work at least 5 days a week including weekends. And to top it off you get zero discounts, ZERO. All in all xfinity is a scummy company who robs their customers and the people who work for them. 

Working on the front lines at BridgeLocations has been a very eye-opening experience. As a sales and customer service rep, I quickly learned that the expectations placed on us are extremely high. We’re the ones dealing directly with frustrated customers, technical problems, and unrealistic demands, yet we’re often given little support to actually do our jobs effectively.

It often feels like frontline employees carry the full weight of customer satisfaction and company performance, while leadership spends their time in endless meetings and calls that don’t translate into real solutions for us or for customers. There’s a noticeable disconnect between what leadership does and what we deal with every day on the floor.

Instead of providing tools that work or processes that make sense, leadership tends to push metrics and expectations without understanding the challenges we face daily. Customers expect us to fix problems instantly, but the systems are broken, and support from higher up is slow or nonexistent. That gap leaves us dealing with the stress and the fallout.

Working here can teach you how to handle pressure, but it also shows how little value companies sometimes place on the people who hold the entire customer experience together.

Advice to Management: 
If you want better customer satisfaction, start by fixing the tools and processes your employees rely on. Spend less time in “strategy calls” and more time understanding the struggles of your frontline workers. Recognize the gap between leadership and the reality on the sales floor—it’s huge.


I worked at Bridge Locations for several months and initially had high hopes. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive.

The company has a high-pressure sales culture with unrealistic expectations and questionable sales tactics that many employees feel pressured to follow. Management plays favorites and is quick to terminate employees — even top performers — over minor attendance issues or short periods of underperformance.

Commission policies are heavily skewed in the company’s favor. They hold earned commissions for up to 120 days after termination, regardless of whether there’s any actual risk of chargebacks, which feels like an excuse to delay paying employees money they’ve already earned.

Communication from leadership is inconsistent, and HR is more focused on protecting the company than supporting employees. Turnover is very high, and morale is low across many locations.

If you value stability, transparency, and ethical business practices, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Pay is amazing if you are outgoing and charismatic, upper management treats you like garbage, they put on facades for most but behind closed doors they will verbally berate you, threaten discipline for not achieving goals daily when a lot of the time there was nothing you could have done to have met those goals. They preach work life balance but that doesn't exist. 10 hour shifts with a 1 hour lunch but often you are unable to take that lunch. On top of that you are also expected to answer calls and texts on your days off at all hours. Goals are set off of daily/monthly store traffic which is ridiculous cause whenever an employee shows up or comes back from break/lunch it counts against you. Customers will walk in and out cause they forgot something in the car or because they want to go shopping while one of their family members is working with us. You are expected to throw every product under the sun to every customer and are told you have to receive multiple no's from the customer before you can drop it. If management was better and more supportive and understanding it would be a wonderful place to work especially for the money that you get working there but I can not recommend it at this time. Hopefully things change because I can see lots of potential for this but in the state its at right now employee turnover is astronomical.

They feed you a bunch of false stuff, to make you feel welcome and that you'll be treated well. Then, after a few months you see the truth come out; micromanaged bull, that keeps trying to force numbers on a board to match what some corporate desk jockey thinks everyone should be doing, regardless of the demographic. You get pushed to sell to everyone that walks in the door, and spend time with them, even if there's a line of people. They want you to dive into a customers life, so you can try to sell them something, even if they don't want it, or already got what they wanted before they came in. And they want you to do it THEIR way, not your own way.
Turn over rate is high, and they don't acknowledge anything but numbers on the boards when promoting anyone. It's like a former employee said, they push you to be a used car salesman, and say whatever to get sales. They have no clear path they want you to do, they'll tell you one thing, then say another not long after.
The only good thing is most of the non-management co-workers I had.
And the training? lol two weeks of barely anything, then they throw you on the floor, and expect you to know everything.

Bridge is the worst company to work for. They give you false ideas about moving up in the company, that it’s a customer service based job and that they care about your work life balance. In reality, you train, get put out on the floor and the immediate expectation is to sell even when you can’t. You will not be promoted, you’ll just have a carrot dangling in front of you as though it’s a possibility. Customer service extends to selling a customer some product and if you can’t, get them out of the store. If you don’t sell, you’re getting yelled at and asked why you didn’t push harder to sell this 65 year old a new phone when they needed help lowering a bill. There is no work life balance because you’re being messaged daily to ask if you have any pending sales, especially if the day is slow so the store doesn’t suffer, and now your hard earned commission is going to another rep. Avoid this place as best you can. You would be better off working at a gas station then working here.

This is my only job I have ever had that will write you up for the smallest excusable things this company is non caring for their employees at all 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There is definitely favoritism there and if you have any complication that makes you feel uncomfortable about that favorite person you will not be heard and they will makes excuses for their behavior management really sucks they really don’t care it is very toxic place to work just don’t no matter how much they pay which is not a lot there will be kick backs on commission 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
As soon as you walk into the store non stop drama and bad energy not being heard very toxic environment and safety issues

TDLR: PAY MAKES THIS JOB WORTH IT BUT A LOT OF WORK

First off, if you can meet the quota (60 sales/month), you make around $4,000 monthly. Meeting the quota is very easy. I never even got close to missing it, even during my first month.

All you need is the slightest bit of effort to effectively propose the rates and the value of switching. You CAN'T sound like a salesman but this skill is learned over time and rather quickly.

Exceeding the quota past a certain amount (76+ sales) will allow you to make $5,000-$6,000 monthly.

The hardest part of this job honestly is learning that ancient CSG system, a bit of a learning curve there but even that is lightwork after the first month or so.

All in all, if you are good at helping people save money without sounding like a salesman (not hard to do), then this job should be a breeze!

I took this job because I needed to get back into the workforce and thought retail would be a good fit for me, considering my previous job. However, working in Sales for this company has been a complete disaster. They set unrealistic goals that consultants can only achieve through fraud. I’ve brought this to my manager’s attention, but they seem completely indifferent to the issue. The pay is terrible. They misled me about the pay range (or perhaps they were trying to compensate for my commission expectations). The only positive aspect is that my manager is quite flexible with the schedule, except for that. They expect us to upsell customers through deceptive tactics, and that’s the extent of our responsibilities. They even promote from within to those who commit fraud to boost sales. This company is the worst I’ve ever worked for. 

Bridge is a horrible company to work for. 
They have an odd obsession with performing better than the Comcast corporate stores- and they train you to do so many unethical sales practices. Aside from that, they promote people who are so young and don’t have the experience to lead a team. So many leaders in the company are so lazy and make their employees pick up their slack. This cause CHAOS within a team. The higher ups only care about numbers and choose to look the other way when people do things they’re not supposed to. The saddest part is that it’s the people who do the most shady things that get promoted. I’ve never been a part of such a horrible, unorganized and chaotic company.  I’m so glad to be out of there. I will always advise people against working here.
