I had a great experience with the interview process. Everyone I spoke with was professional, courteous, and genuinely engaging. I was offered the position, signed the offer letter, and looked forward to getting started.

Then — without warning — the offer was rescinded via a generic email citing a better “fit” with another candidate. No prior indication. No clear reasoning. If a company can’t determine what it wants in a candidate before extending a formal offer, that’s a serious red flag. It suggests a lack of internal alignment and weak decision-making processes.

What’s more telling is that nearly all five-star reviews here appear to come from executive-level employees. That contrast says a lot.

Candidates should approach with caution. If this is how they handle onboarding, it likely reflects broader operational instability behind the scenes.

I was told during my interview that they were looking for at least a 5-year commitment, but it quickly became clear that the company repeatedly used the excuse of a "restructure" to let employees go. The CEO expected virtual assistants to handle tasks meant for business leaders. It's baffling that a property management company would completely eliminate its property managers as part of a "restructure" – it raises serious questions about their priorities and decision-making.

Every day was busy, but management had no clue on map out work order, or wouldn't schedule them during working hours, and after hours you get calls night residence wanting work done.
Culture was toxic higher ups are always on a power  trip no one was willing to help each other. 
Pay is not great with all the drama, and law suits there in.

I have been with Bridgestream for 3 years and in that time the leadership team has been tremendously supportive of my growth within the company. They have nurtured my strengths and offered support in areas of opportunity. The potential for advancement is endless for talented professionals. 

Work here for a little under 30 days , they promise you a sign on bonus but will get rid of you right before and recycle you out even if your above average on work.
