Tracked project objectives with client (business cards, logo design, vinyl letters, signage, magnetic signs, banners, vehicle graphics, backlit signs, a-boards, decals, table top covers, window graphics, feather banners, and MDO plywood signs), provide estimates, manage cash deposits, focus employee and contractor tasks, produce initial design concepts for clients, design and prepare final art for production on various media (digital vinyl, digital vinyl, digital banner/scrim, magnetic, digital gloss paper), and shipping as necessary

You'd be better off work for a day care than this place. Operations Manager is only in management because Daddy put him there. He is clueless about everything and does not perform any management duties. He does he best to pawn off everything that goes wrong on the installer even when it is clearly his screw up. The owner is a little better than the Operations Manager, he actually will listen to your issue but never does anything about it. GET RID OF THE OPERATIONS MANAGER and this place won't be so bad to work at.

Clock in, discuss workload and start knocking out jobs. Cut vinyl, print on substrates and paint materials. Paid 15 minute Breaks @ 10am & 2pm & 30 minutes unpaid for lunch. Overall, a fast paced good day with a good group of people. 

I love working in the sign department but lack of management skills and room to advance is a con. No benefits or paid time off is available to employees.

A dedicated company with outstanding customer service. Quality products and on time product delivery was always a top priority. A thorough consultation with customers always ensured accuracy with related custom made products.

Bad management. No benefits at all poorly maintained equipment (dangerous) money is not there for the workers.. no advancements no insurance no bonus 5 paid holidays work in all types of bad weather

Budget Signs was a great job with awesome management. However, the pay is ridiculous. They pay 9.00 and hour and no one can survive off that income but other that it was a  great experience!
