Most unprofessional company I've ever worked for.  A toxic work place is the best description for this particular company in addition to a workplace filled with excessive use of foul language, absolute rule through tyranny, complete lack of any management skills and petty emotional outbursts. Additionally, all employees, instead of being addressed as Sir or Ma'am, are instead referred to as "Babe".   Inner office affairs between married coworkers are rampant.  High turn-over rate and understaffed with a big brother atmosphere.   The people who do last at this company are the ones who seem to thrive on drama and pettiness and feed off of each other to encourage the constant discord among employees.  Backstabbing and relentless efforts are made to push out people they do not like.   I was assured upon hiring that this company was 'drama free' and yet those perpetuating this myth are the very ones most accused by all staff of creating and fostering said drama.

I dedicated two years of my career to this company and it was a complete waste of my life. This company is very upper management heavy. They get their nosies involved in every aspect of your work. They do not care about you at all. You never get a job well done, or a thank you for anything. They claim they are competitive in pay, and benefits but they are not. They will claim they have your back but then go behind your back and demean and belittle you and spread lies about why something happened to cover their own public appearance. If you are looking for a sales job and this company is in your radar I would run, run faster than you thought possible. This companies compensation plan for its salesmen is pathetic. You will work your tail off and end up with a negative commission statement, because of some pathetic excuse. If you apply to this company be warned. It would be better to work anywhere else then work for this company. 

This company is one of the worst places to work in the area, They focus on inter office politics and not on there customers or building new ones. There General Manager is not local and for some reason has a vice president and co owner that has absolutely no power to make decisions. They will fire you with no written warning or verbal warning on file. This applies to those who have past probation period and those who are vested as well. Employees who have been with the company 28 years find it better fit to leave and start over some where else versus and staying. There General Manager has no experience in the business and very demanding toward others. I would never recommend this company to anyone and there is a reason they hire employees that have been fired for theft back no one else wants to work there, Avoid this company at all cost.

I have been impressed with C&B Operations as an organization.  The Corporate Managers, Store, Parts and Service Managers are supportive and helpful.  The Wagner Store is especially a great place to work.  They make you feel part of a family.  The Parts Department will go out of their way to help the customer get their parts, and give them options if they do not have them in stock.  The Service Department works as a team and they go out of their way to help their customer and make sure their customer can get back in the field as soon as possible. And all departments seem to have fun while they do their job.  The benefits are great;  Insurance, 401K, vision, dental, life and disability insurance,  PTO, and holiday pay. 
IF you are looking for a change... check out C&B, you won't be disappointed!

C&B is a family owned company that has very strong values and a great culture of success.  Doing the 'right thing' for customers and fellow employees is emphasized frequently.  As a 10+ year employee of C & B, the company has grown in multiple industries over that time (including Agriculture, Material Handling and Powersports) but the integrity of the company, ownership and employees has remained the same.  It is a great place to work and develop a career - I have found many opportunities for advancement within the company and have always found leadership to be supportive of any personal development

Just a number with this outfit. Onboarding was rediculous. Pay is subpar and safety culture is 10 years behind. Owners/Board Members fly around in Private jets aquiring companies and don't pay their employees what they are worth. Dangle a carrot for their technicians and pay the minimal they have to. Quite a bit of turnover...corporate type mentality but advertise "family owned" place to work. If your looking for mediocre this is the place. Very unorganized and in desperate need of help with their software platforms. If you have worked here for a long period you don't know any better and would likely give a good review.

C&B is a great company to work for.  I'm impressed most by the "family culture" of a company this large.  I believe benefits are above industry standards and I appreciate that they invest in the health and well-being of their employees through exceptional healthcare, dental and vision as well as family paternity leave which is a wonderful benefit to moms and dads on the birth or adoption of a child.  The work environment, while exceptionally busy each day, is still fun and energetic.  All of our employees work together and support each other each day, making it easy to get up in the morning and come to work where you know you are valued for the job you do.

A typical day involves the usual accounts payable duties.  I have learned a new software system and will be learning even more as we transition to a new one next year.  My company was purchased by C& B and everything improved.  We actually feel valued now and as if we're part of a large family.  The owner has come and visited with each of us and seems to be genuinely nice and caring.  Parts of the job can get tedious, but overall, I would rate C&B as the best company I have ever worked for.  Because they have so many locations, I've met people from parts of the country that I never would have otherwise.  No real cons that I can think of.

At one time was a pretty good place to work. Then went downhill as long time techs left.  Got worse when new store manager started.  Store Manager would always look for something negative to say, even if immediate supervisor said all good things.  He allowed certain people to be rude & mean to others. He would not enforce Company policies, so made for an uncomfortable work environment.  If he doesn't like you and /or you speak up for yourself, watch out.

C&B is a strong company that truly cares about their employees and having the right people in the right positions. They offer competitive pay with top-notch benefits to care for you and your family. You are given the opportunity to grow, learn and train so you can become better in your position. They truly value not only customers and employees but their families as well. They do what they say they are going to do and are there to do the right thing.
