Cambay Solutions offers a fast‑paced environment with exposure to a wide range of projects and clients. My time there allowed me to develop strong problem‑solving skills and gain hands‑on experience across multiple systems. I appreciated the opportunities to take ownership and work independently. However, the organization does experience frequent turnover and shifting priorities, which can create challenges with continuity and long‑term planning. Communication and structure vary depending on the team, and processes are still evolving. Overall, Cambay can be a good place for individuals who are adaptable, self‑driven, and comfortable navigating change while building their technical and consulting skills.


The leadership at Cambay was quite disorganized and top-heavy when I started there. There were no job descriptions or even communicated expectations which made things quite difficult there. They had a tendency to hire people to do one job, then asking them to do something completely different. They tout "thousands of employees" though the consulting side of the house really had less than 25. The financial backing seems to be good, but they aren't honest with themselves about what they can really do and the experience they really have which makes life quite difficult.

Best Company compare to others best in salary ,work time, Holidays , promotions , paper less work 70% work is easy full digital nice to work here. Great owners that care about their people. Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work with. The company is self-funded and in the black. Leadership's push for continuous improvement of processes, metrics, bonuses, and new benefits is great.

Deployed company's first Ruby on Rails application: a utility application used to enable groups or individuals to store bookmarks, notes, passwords, and serial numbers and tag each to enhance anchoring. The application was integrated into the company's back-end authentication data stores providing seamless access to all employees.

I've been working for this company for a little over a month as an agency employee. My first contract is up next week and won't be renewed. I let my recruiter know and he was quick to respond to my email and give me hope about future opportunities in my area. 

Its been 7 years l have been working with  Cambay. Environment is really nice, people are friendly.. working here is a fun. They are into many business verticals and everyone is growing significantly fast.

Work life balance is good, Friendly environment, Management is supportive, Good cooperate culture, compensation is good, job security,  I enjoy my job with my office mate and i relay enjoy this job my in-charge is very helpful.

They were really unprofessional. They charge lot money fo clients but pay less than off what they get from client. They couldn't keep their timecard straight.

Management could have been better. New ideas and thoughts were not so welcomed. The job experience could be better. Every process took its own time be it a small approval from the supervisor.

This is a fully remote company and it shows by the turnover rate.  I was there for less than a year and saw the entire upper management team replaced, as well as countless other talented employees.
