I have enjoyed working for CAMS.  I have met wonderful people at my job and have learned a great deal about construction.  I have learned what my strengths are and my weaknesses.  I have been working on the weaknesses, and try to daily.

They pay most workers salaried so you can't get over time. They don't allow you to make up time missed as salaried workers should be able to do. The managers only look out for themselves. The co workers are good teammates, help you get through the day.

Executive Management and the HR department seem to be  one the best I have interfaced with in my career within the Energy sector.

Love everything about CAMS.  Sometimes the properties are abit challenging but everyone at CAMS is always the too help when needed.  CAMS is always training,  helping and guiding all employees!

All of the managers are immediately overloaded with too many properties, very little training or guidance or pay to match the work load.  It was absolutely the most stressful job I've ever had and do not miss it at all.

Didn’t have much interaction with them at my position, but they treated me professionally. Lots of paid time off. 
Well organized company. I worked at a Beach condo, so the views were amazing. 

Appears that they are mainly concerned with bottom line numbers and reducing cost.  They only recently took over the O&M contract that I have worked under for quite a while.

This is a tough job to learn at times due to the volume of companies that we work with. Management does expect a lot from their contractors but does appreciate the effort.

i would enjoy working for cams and i would serve a lot of time in a church with technology to help them get music systems running.
