CIS is a great company to work for if you are starting out in the IT infrastructure / managed services field.  It's an industry that's always changing.  They offer great on the job training and educate you on all the current networking platforms like Meraki, Cisco, Fortinet, Sonicwall, etc.  The pay is not great however if you're looking for somewhere to start I would definitely recommend CIS.

The culture of the office is pleasant and the people there are overall enjoyable to be around. The workload can occasionally become overwhelming but assistance is almost always an email away. The main complaint is management can falter badly on their promises. 

There are too many cons to mention. Just know that if you're inexperienced, this is a good place to get your foot in the door for experience but that's it. Would never recommend trying to build a career with them.

Very laid back job. Everyone is nice and welcoming, everyone's different. Everyone was helpful in helping train new people which is quite nice. Great atmosphere to work in.

CIS has been a great company to work for over the last year and a half. Management makes great strides everyday to keep works happy and life balanced.

Great community to work with. Small and decent amount of pressure to succeed, but super rewarding and fun team to work with. The pressure is always positively reinforced. It’s a great place for a career

Great managment and coworkers. Job was easy, but  it could get monotonous and the pay was way too low for an IT position, even though it was entry level.

Friendly associates and knowledgeable staff. The ability to learn new things every day. When challenges arise, employees work as a team to find a solution.

Bad management, low pay high stress! No training! It’s pretty much a High School environment! Worst decision working for this company! Overpriced medical and dental also

This company is a good resume booster. They  like to say they pride themselves on promoting from within but continuously hired blind leading the blind.
