I worked some time at Civco as a contract worker.  Enjoyed the team I worked with in accounts receivable area.  While I was there they had an employee breakfast, lunch and 2 employee birthdays.  Very nice that the company does these as employee appreciation perks and that team members want to share celebrations with each other.  Enjoyed learning new systems and ways to handle collections.  Since I was a contract worker employed to cover a job, while they searched for their new full time team member, I was sad to go when they found him and no longer had it in the budget to employ me.

Civco is a great place to work for the company and management team are very welcoming and so are most of their employees.  The company really cares for their employees and provides for them in so many ways and forms they go above and beyond to show their employees that their hard work is appreciated.  Great place for advancement of all departments in the faculty.  

Great benefits but poor management. This company is all about meetings that could have been an email.  They say they want to help you advance but it’s just a smoke screen.  They favor some over others.  They want more and expect more but you never get a raise; you get cost of living, but nothing that recognizes you and the work you do. 

This was a factory job, making procedure kits for ultrasound. Production has since been sold to Mexico, so my job is no longer available. I enjoyed many of the tasks during my employment there, but I felt that management wasn't fair and advancement wasn't based off of either performance nor tenure.

I had a amazing experience working at Civco. The only thing is I worked through a work agency poor in professionalism and they not always give you answers when you need them. My assignment was ended due to low of work, the agency just called me to let me know I was going to be off for a week and after that they never call to end my assignment. I shouldn't not wait a week to start looking for other job.

While working for Civco as a mechanical engineering intern you can gain valuable experience in the biomedical field while also growing into a better engineer.  Your work will be expected to meet all professional and governmental standards as you work under professional engineers.

Structured and team work. Great attention paid to quality and quantity control. Complete all documentation and data input for shipping of product domestically and abroad.

CIVCO is a VC owned company which, despite the absolute requirement to send cash to the holding company, remains a positive place to work.  Innovation is slow to market, but its people are first rate top to bottom. You will learn much and be provided plenty of rope.

Over All Good place to work. You do learn a lot. They (You) are part of the future in medical field. You will have to keep confidential information.  Warehouse is physically. You do lift a lot. Lifting 40 plus

Civco is a good place to work if all you need is a paycheck.  There are 2 shifts in production, which can leave little time for family and leisure.  Little room for advancement aside from yearly pay bumps.
