I’ve been in the industry for a good bit, and this place was just ridiculous. No sense of team and all the idiot lazy SCAD kids made sure you knew that you weren’t part of their club. It was funny to be perfectly honest. I was hired and then within a month the GM left because she was overworked so one of the kitchen bro’s self appointed himself to her job. Typical alpha bro. 

The service staff for the most part did the bare minimum and made sure that you didn’t use anything that they had made ie roll ups silver etc. I’m a grown man and won’t be talked down to by anyone let alone some college kiddos with entitlement issues. 

The restaurant as others have said is pretty dang nasty, fruit flies everywhere and it hasn’t had a good cleaning in years. It should say something when the health department rates you a b-  eat at your own risk. 

The money was good and it was always relatively busy but man did I dread going into work and so I didn’t make it very long there. 

Don’t apply you can find somewhere so much better. 

I have been with CO for three years.  Having only worked for giant corporations prior,  it has been a breath of fresh air working for one owner who respects his team, encourages collaboration and honors quality of life. The team here is accountable, hard working and fun to be around.  The food is fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere is lively with many regulars who feel like family.  The restaurant has giant floor to ceiling windows that look out on  the bustling North Hills district which provides a bright and energetic working atmosphere in the day and a fun vibrant urban setting at night. 

A typical day for me it would involve smelling the flowers on my joyous walk from the parking lot down into the establishment. I would clock in and begin folding my napkins until polite. Customer would enter the restaurant and I could see them. I got to bus tables, but it was never too many. I loved the staff and everyone around. I learned how to be a good worker. The management. The workplace called her was thriving. The hardest part of the job was leaving at the end of the night the most enjoyable was getting my paycheck every friday.

I don’t think they should be allowed to pick up employees off of here. this is the most horrible place ive ever worked. the cheif of operations fired me because he didn’t like me. he’s said smart things abt my hair and my nails. my hair color as well. he’s also talked abt my hair color. also went behind my back & did a back ground check & stated “I don’t want someone like you working here with those charges” - he didn’t even allow me to explain. my wallet was stolen & someone used my name & license for something fraudulent. ive been doing this for 12 years. i really don’t think co. will last not with him ANYWAY. he’s very stereotypical 

I have been working here almost a year now and it’s by far the best serving job I’ve ever had. Everyone is super friendly and well at working as a team. The food is amazing and not hard to sell since everything is so good.  The guests are also really nice  almost never a rude customer and not a stressful environment at all like most restaurant jobs. I’ll always recommend this place even if I’m not working here because of its nice atmosphere and good food.

I have been with this company for several years now. It really starts with people that you work with and I had nothing but positive vibes from my co workers and my upper management team who has always been encouraging from above. As a salaried person, the director of operations and the owner will give you in depth details of your job description and obviously you are expected to meet those expectations. All while you will always have the support that you need, if needed.  

A typical workday is filled with hard work, but thanks to my talented coworkers our shifts are always a breeze. I’ve learned a great many things, this being my first serious restaurant job. It’s been a great experience in time management, flexibility and cooperation. My manager Soo is really cool! 

CO has welcomed me and has become my second family. Everyone is very respectful and hardworking people. Each day I learn to become stronger and knowledgeable with my guests and build a stronger relationship with customers. I’m also grateful to have a a great leader by my side that Is My GM Soo she goes beyond and above to always provide for all her worker and guests. 

This is a great and lively place to work! The managers are very friendly and make work an stress-free use of my time. I feel like I can really talk to everyone here and have the right balance of fun and work. I don’t ever find it stressful, and even on the days I don’t want to come in I end up getting to talk to people that I consider my friends. 

I’ve worked multiple restaurant jobs in my lifetime and I’ve got to say CO is my favorite. CO and the managers within are accommodating to my school schedule, while still giving me the hours I need. Everyone I work with is extremely friendly and hardworking. I plan to stay at CO for the indefinite future and encourage people to join the team!
