Working at Maplewood Regional Hospital has been both rewarding and challenging in the best ways. The hospital fosters a team-centered environment where collaboration is encouraged, and everyone’s contributions feel valued. As a nurse, I appreciate that management supports continuing education and regularly offers training to keep us updated with the latest practices. My coworkers are genuinely dedicated, which makes even the busiest shifts more manageable.
The workload can be intense, especially during peak times, but leadership is usually responsive to staffing concerns and tries to adjust schedules when possible. Communication between departments has improved a lot in the past year, which makes daily operations run more smoothly. Benefits are solid, with good health coverage and opportunities for advancement if you’re willing to put in the effort.
Overall, Maplewood Regional isn’t a perfect place, but it’s a supportive, professional environment where I’ve grown both personally and professionally.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part of working at the pharmacy  is acquring more experience and being in contact with the clients help you to know well how to handle different situations ,I am 8 years experienced as a pharmacy  dispenser. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The more stressful part is to satisfy all the clients the way they wish .

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The working environment is calm ,welcome  ,people  from all culture can work the pharmacy. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The typical day like for me at the pharmacy is Monday because we receive more customers which permit me to acquire more experience.

Personally, I’ve loved my experience on the orthopedic floor at community. I adjusted well to the fast pace and different surgical procedures due to prior years of nursing under my belt. Most of the people I work with are very kind and helpful. My manager is wonderful and she really does look out for her staff. Overall a very positive work environment. Of course it is stressful at times but that comes with the territory. My only complaint is that having 6 patients to start out a shift can be very difficult. That’s not a unit specific problem but a hospital problem in whole. I enjoy my job very much and love taking care of people.

Everything, nobody cares about you.

Work environment is very hostile.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I come to work and forced  to stay whole going through personal women issues. This company rather you come to work half dead than to stay home and rest yourself.

They treat you like family very understanding and good people to work with

Nothing really just that i get 19 i been there longer and some new staff start at 20

Peaceful different cultures and they treat everyone the same

Busy dealing with customers getting there medication ready

You are part of a good team! We take care of pharmacy needs to the ones who need it the most.

I really don't feel a lot stress. As a team we get things done so no stress.

We are a family! Everyone cares for each other.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I'm a fill Technician. We fill the scripts that we are given.

did not work in the pharmacy was a nursing assistant on 3rd floor

not having help when you needed it cause the cna laid out

worked with some awesome nurses

helped patients on a needed basis

They play a crucial role in the community and good management, they're supportive to Health care in the community, is a good place to work with, the most enjoyable part of it is that you will know more about Doctor's prescription, they're well culture and behave 

Mgmt can move you to another clinic w/o notice, you can  get away with anything if you know the right people in HR. drinking, smoking on the job.. 
If you’re lucky enough to find your niche, keep your head down and don’t make waves. Know your worth and you’ll do great. 
Mgmt is afraid of the power personalities in the workplace and will do whatever it takes to save themselves.

Low stress. Work starts at work
