I have been with this company for years and there have been many struggles.  Our dept changed management a few years back. This change has made a huge difference. There is helpful training and assistance now. There is a better workflow process and the admin team has taken on a larger role to relieve the accountants from gathering data for hours daily. There is clear direction. The company is growing fast and there is a great group of people here. Covid has us all working remotely and although it is convenient, I actually miss my coworkers.  I have no plans to leave this job and will stay here as long as they will have me!  I have read some of the reviews on here and thought that none of them represent this company fairly in its current state.  This company has improved beyond recognition in the last 3-4 years.  Growing pains were painful but sticking it out has paid off big time.

One of the most backwards tax departments I have ever seen. They do everything the hard way. Everything is set up in the most inefficient manner possible. And some of the leaders of the department (reviewers/managers) are the most abrasive people you will ever come across in your career. DO NOT go to work for them!

I've been there several years. I've seen people come and go. I've seen major changes to get productivity up, then the changes just basically revert. I've seen good managers and bad managers. Overall, a horrible experience.

This place doesn't prepare tax returns to the best of their abilities. Have caught reviewing seniors in lies about my assignments and availability, I showed proof to management about work assignments being completed and being available for work. 

In every client engagement, there is a pervasive sense of urgency. Employees' real interest and care for our clients' well-being is demonstrated by how quickly and receptively they attend to their requirements. This commitment is incredibly admirable and raises the bar for excellent customer service.

Company does a great job selling the position to the candidates however once there, you realize it was a big mistake to join.

The management is lazy and unresponsive. The workload is ginormous and the turnover is 90%.

If you end up in CWA tax department, start looking for a new job ASAP, you will need it.

Every client engagement here is marked by a sense of urgency and genuine care for our clients' well-being. The speed and attentiveness with which we address their needs are truly admirable. This commitment sets a high standard for customer service and makes me proud to be part of this team.

During emergencies, such as when we faced a critical situation, I witnessed incredible acts of cooperation and solidarity. It’s truly inspiring to see everyone come together to overcome obstacles as a cohesive team. This kind of teamwork makes working here a special experience.

I appreciated my job and loved what I did.  Management leaves a lot to be desired. No structure to follow ... People that have not done the work or know how tell you how long it should take to get things done.

With the possibility of advancement, ongoing education, and the fast-paced environment where every department has something new to teach, there is never a dull moment and you will always learn something new if you pay attention.
