What is the best part of working at the company?
The location of the properties. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The disrespect of colleagues, poorly supported upper management and local area crimes to the Minneapolis properties. Long hours that never were appreciated and lack of support from other local staff. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Independent success only as no upper management cared to support you. You run as a solo person and ownership pushes property to staff beyond their limits. Properties must close as there is no back up staff to cover a vacation, a sick day or even a mental day. 6 days a week. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Answering angry emails, monitoring negative online reviews, working building with no maintenance but only on days/times that allow another building to share in maintenance support. Noting vandalism, picking up trash, and dog waste! Running ads to drive rentals and clearing  misparked cars through towing company.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I love the rewarding feeling of helping others come up with solutions.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I am good at time management so I wouldn’t say there’s anything stressful about the position. I would prefer the word challenging but I love a challenge as well so I look as a learning opportunity.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment I am currently in now is very peaceful and easy-going. All staff are familiar with many different roles here so it is easy to help each other out.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical office day consist of talking to Prospect as well as residence. assisting with problem-solving throughout the day. I also tour apartments with potential residents. Marketing and Social medias a big part of the office daily routine as well.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Calibrate Management was absolutely horrible. Higher ups are constantly brining you down, threatening your job, and giving you extremely unreasonable due dates for projects with ZERO guidance on them. Managers will mistreat you and email you passive aggressively even though you try to help with whatever you can. There is never clear direction and then was zero training from the higher up. I honestly have never worked for such a company that treats their employees with such disrespect. It was absolutely appalling. I literally got physically sick due to the stress in the VERY HOSTILE environment in place at Calibrate Management, if you want to be happy stay away from this company.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I like what I do. My work allows for a constant variety of of task I am challenged not stressed. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fun, cordial, effective and efficient. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Morning meetings, goal setting, resident resolutions, financial responsibilities, leasing, end of day. Great work life balance.

A typical day at my current job is filled with daily chores, work orders, and unit turns. I've learned how to deal with a property that has major issues in need of improvements. My fellow management staff are highly productive and I consider them personal friends now. The hardest part of this job is related to the major issues at this property such as; roof issues and plumbing issues. The most enjoyable part of my job is coming to work and looking forward to being around the people I work with.

No additional help as promised.no tools to complete the tasks asked of you and no support system from upper management.No advancement opportunities. Horrible communication through out company. Many vendors left after non payment. Some having bills almost a year old!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The higher management did not take the residents seriously, and would be mad at property staff for caring. The whole company is unorganized. They secretly try not to pay for overtime. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s a mentally draining, unstable environment.

The management company is horrible.  The regional manager is the worst.  He has you learn everything on your own with no real guidance.  The company dose not pay their vendors so you are answering the phones everyday for people looking for payment.  It has you thinking when will be the day that you paycheck is not going to be there.  They do pay well to keep you there but it is not worth the pain they put you through. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
They had one labor guy, good person. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The place is very chaotic, the management not respectful and liars. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very anti Black people. The management don't believe in the their own company policy. You will receive very low company support as a black person there.

Calibrate is a newer small property management company.  The owners/president are awesome.  There is only one regional manager for the entire Puget Sound region.  In my experience this created problems for a good share of the properties and employees.
