The employees are over worked with 2 or 3 CNAS for 100 residents constantly. The DSD in charge of the daily assignment forgets what employees are off or unavailable for that date putting them on the schedule an causing a shortage issue daily.This place has a big turn around because they don’t value the hard work and effort of their staff members. Even on the worst of days they don’t offer incentives, no bonuses, no gift cards, not a great job or even a box of donuts. This place takes and takes with no consideration for the residents that are not getting the proper care they need with 50 patients for 1 CNA at times.

Terrible work environment, building is falling apart, no working structure, administrator just first rodeo and to much nepotism, CNA's not caring for residents, hot food from kitchen cold by time residents got it, no budget to purchase menu items.  The inner culture unwelcome any professional new staff, the level of disrespect from staff one to other is questionable.  No doubt the worst place, they don't even pay the health permit.  I'm sorry for those residents.

The work environment can be very fast paced but you can find great support from your shift teammates. We offer both part time and full time availabilities for AM, PM, and NOC shifts. Great for those looking for a full time job or even to earn extra money by working part time with our flexible work availabilities. New CNA's are encouraged to apply as we offer the training to help you grow into your medical career!

When you start off they tell you a base rate of pay and when you start working the very next day they change your pay. You don’t even get to finish your orientation before you have to work on your own on the floor. Every day you come in the schedule is not done and everything else is on organize. At the moment the facility is on unorganized and unfair. With the coronavirus going we are not even getting paid hazardous pay no more.

They letting me grow , gave me treanings, support, and good costumer service

Some times we were short off staff

Everybody works as a team, they support each other to assist the residents 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fridays because they gave as chance to wear jeans

Unsafe place to work. Patients are not well taken care of. Patients are combative and are always complaining of lack of care from staff. Staff are rude to patients. Staff are rude with each other. Overall not a great place to work if you have experience but if you don’t I guess you can start and learn there.

Management only cares about money, not the employees. They give you way too much work and will report your license to state if it is not completed by end of shift or you have a write up the next day. Your license is not safe in this building! I was miserable everyday working here, had to be on anti-anxiety meds! 

Difficult work taking care of elderly, mostly with special care needs but really rewarding and company gives extra hourly bonuses for good attendance and direct care work. Especially during COVID, get extra hero pay for working direct care. Team members are really helpful

A two star facility with a five star mentality. This was a nice place to work at one time but with the constant management changes a person needs to be flexible and adaptable to change.

They don’t pay the same rate for orientation as on the floor. DSD doesn’t live up to her words, Ghetto and Charge nurses are rude. I honestly just do t recommend working here. Staff don’t communicate, facility is full of confusion.
