Taking this job was a mistake. If I knew what I know now, I never would've taken this position. But you live and you learn. Management thinks they know what they are doing, but in reality have no clue how to move forward or operate this business, that's why it's all offshore and that's why all the recruiters got fired in the US. Management would tell nothing but lies to the recruitment team, and after awhile you wouldn't start to believe those lies anymore because nothing ever made sense at work...NOTHING. 

Every recruiter was only he for about 6 months and then let go. The US based recruiters tried so hard to make it steady, but management just kept shutting their ideas down. If you were to take PTO, you were a goner for sure. 

Don't ever entertain working here...ever.  Find something else.

When I applied at this company, and they reached back out to me, they were so rude in the first conversations and pushy on what they wanted done and did you really want the job. The money was good but not for what you had to deal with. They have different recruiters and they all had different wages and none of them did the thing the same thing like they'll offer some people sign on bonuses and then not even mention it to others. If you had to contact them they were very rude in getting back to you. I would read every little fine print on your contract before you work with them.


I am in the middle of my first Contract with Cambay and everything is going well. I appreciate the tenacity of the Management, during Onboarding, in making sure all required documentation is proper.  
Pay structure, on time Direct Deposits (followed by emailed Paystubs)...  Management reaching out, weekly, making sure i'm okay and if I need anything...are all Top Notch actions they bring to the relationship with me.
Everyone is reachable by phone, text or email and pleasant to work with. 

The company has a clear motive for its employees that is to lay the road for greater success in the industry and mainly focuses on the learning and upliftment of the employees.

I would say that work is smooth and the connection with the coworkers is instant as well as the management.

Management takes due care of the employees in compensation as well as satisfaction at the workplace.

This company was the most dysfunctional company I have ever been associated with. I was there for 1 year and we switched systems several different times, and my job duties changed several times as well. The on office team was very micromanaged by the off shore team. We were expected to answer then within minutes even if we were busy with several other tasks. 

No sick pay or holidays unless facility pays out for that. 

Issues with longtime now, but mostly quickly resolved.

One instance with pay not being issuwd. Was blamed on Paychex and fixed that same day. My pay did not deposit until the following Monday. There was little empathy or support for this situation on the Friday it occurred other then "Hopefully you'll be paid by EOD" 



I love working for this company second contract as an RN traveler, and loving it. Communication is great email or phone or  txt they always respond on time. Pay is on time, vacation requests granted. They vouch for you with the companies they are contracted with.  Could not ask for more

Best Company compare to others best in salary ,work time, Holidays , promotions , paper less work 70% work is easy full digital nice to work here. Great owners that care about their people. Great work-life balance. Excellent people to work with. The company is self-funded and in the black. Leadership's push for continuous improvement of processes, metrics, bonuses, and new benefits is great.
