My specific role includes lots of different job duties that I love - I work on content creation for social media, sourcing and finding new nurses & allied health professionals to work with us, and onboarding / credentialing support for the recruiters when it is time to prepare a new contract.

My job keeps me busy and I always find new ways to help improve our workflows. There are lots of room for growth and the management team is always open to ideas and support!

For our nurses and allied health professionals, I love that I can offer them incredibly flexible contracts and PRN options, with varying pay rates to fit their needs best, open scheduling options so they can work when they want, benefits, and awesome travel locations!!

My team is great to work with and I feel completely supported in each challenge I take on. My coworkers are always their to help as I learn something new.

I'm sure this place is okay if you are a nurse, but if you are an RT, you are small  beans to them.  They will promise you the world, but over 5 months I was getting staffed maybe 3 times a month at most.  In 5 months I have worked 13 shifts.  When I was hired I was told "we have lots of places to staff you,oh you will get plenty of hours.  If you just want to work days, that's fine.  You can work whatever you want." Mostly I have worked weekend shifts.  I was only oriented at one place.  What I was told when I started was not the reality of the situation.  If you are an RT, I would advise doing something else.  Just get a prn position somewhere.  You will work more hours just prn at a facility.

Go to worst facilities there are that other agencies won’t go to. Don’t reimburse for travel. Lowest pay in industry in the area. I made more 13 years ago just starting agency!  They also don’t give time and trouble pay for facilities that cancel you last minute or turn you away. Go to book and then they say you need more things to complete etc. Get different stories from different people. They will blow up your phone then give you zero work or don’t respond to emails. Go to Enterprise or Medely for higher paying PRN work that’s consistent and no games. 

           I was apprehensive to perform contract work, but they guided me through the process of transitioning to this lifestyle of good pay and flexible schedules. If I have questions about pay and scheduling they are always available with kind, courteous, and meaningful responses. 

I love talking to the recruiters at Capstone. They always help me find a new contract as soon as I'm ready. I've always been offered great pay and I get to travel with them/

Great Company to work with for travel nurse jobs.  Pay was good but without benefits.  Company was really great at locating and booking & paying my hotel  fees while I was working out of town as a LVN on assigned 12 week contracts at healthcare facilities.  Staff was always friendly and professional that delivered prn work when I needed it or asked for it.  Paid weekly on time with good pay rate.

My contract has been extended multiple times and my recruiter always helps with my search and paperwork. The rates are always pretty good for my experience, and I get paid way more than the staff at the facilities I go to. No bonuses, but I was offered benefits when I started and chose to decline them since I already had my own benefits. I never get bored doing what I do

I’ve had a good experience working with Capstone so far, but I feel it is mainly due to the recruiters. I’ve always had them reach out to me and follow up when needed. They pay mostly average for the contracts and have a lot of jobs in the south but not a lot everywhere else. Sometimes I get offered to be submitted in places likke nebraska or idaho but I don't always like those locations

The company is a Black Hole. It looks great on the outside but Is terrible on the inside from the corporate office. The employee are nice but very inconsistent and the census on the hospitals are always down. They sale a dream that they can't fully guarantee at all. Its terrible scene a total of 6 employees go in the time spand of 8 months. 3 in a total of one month. Be careful!

With working with an travel agency you will never get bored. This company will send you to impatient and outpatient facilites. I've worked through this company over 10 years and have been treated well.
