I have been with the company for five years now and I can attest it is an excellent place to work. A lot of changes were made overtime but they are all progressive and innovative both for employers and most especially for the clients. I see the value that the company contributes to patient outcomes, as they provide an additional set of lens that look after the health of patients.

As an employee, I appreciate the flexibility of the management in regards to scheduling and work life balance. No organization is perfect, just as like Care Connectors. But they strive hard, and continue to do so in expanding their reach to ultimately benefit the patients and the same time value their team.

Love working for this company as a Nurse Practitioner! Care Connectors is an extremely fast growing company and a wonderful place to work! The management team really seems to care about their employees. They treat you like a person, not just an employee. The owner even treats their employees to free football games! The managers are always willing to help no matter what. In regards to pay and compensation, they’re great compared to other companies I worked before. 

i worked for this joker in 2019 and it was the worst company I've ever worked for, no training, was thrown into clinics that I had no familiarity with,  compensation was ridiculous for the area, and they lost the work after a few short weeks and I was out of a job, so fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice...
No way I will apply and take this chance again and advise everyone else to run far and fast from this company!

I continuously learn new things and my day to day is never the same which is great as it keeps me well engaged and contributes to my personal and work goals. 

Called members on the phone, anywhere between 100-200 people a day. Would manage around 6 nurse practitioners in multiple cities and would book our members into their schedule and transfer members information over into the system. I was held at a management role and had multiple other callers reporting to me and would also train new hires.

Appreciated the opportunity to get my start as an NP, but now that’I know what I know’ it’s time to move on. This company is unorganized and poor leadership. I was not adequately prepared or trained to do my job and my visits with patients are often frustrating for both sides. Not a good situation unless you are truly desperate for a job. Too stressful and too many patients 

Compensation is not fair to start with.
Unpredictable schedule that you normally get night before your scheduled shift sometimes late around 8-9 pm, you have limited time to plan for next day. 
You are paid per patient. The amount of Tests and work you need to do per patient is a lot. It takes easily take 1.5 hours to finish everything including charting , sometimes 2 hours per patient. 


My experience is based on the team that I worked in. People are very respectful, hardworking, and extremely professional in general. They try and support as far as possible. Shout out to my two managers, who helped me through some troubled patches.

I am so disappointed I came to work with this group, totally misled, my pay is never accurate or on-time, management is terrible and doesn't have any idea what is happening here.  Please NP colleagues dont be fooled, too  many other jobs out there to be tricked into this one
