I recently joined Care Planning Institute, and I am thrilled to share my positive experience so far. From the moment I started, I have been welcomed into an incredibly supportive and inclusive work culture. My colleagues are not only friendly but also eager to help, creating an environment where collaboration and open communication thrive. 

The training program has been easy to follow, and it is clear that CPI values its employees' growth and development. The training sessions have been thorough and well-structured providing me with all the tools and knowledge needed to excel in my role. Additionally, the hands-on approach in training and continuous support form my team have made the transition smooth and enjoyable. 

I appreciate the emphasis on work-life balance and the genuine care the company has for its employees and Veterans that we help. It is great being part of an organization that prioritizes both professional success and personal happiness. 

Overall, my experience at CPI has been exceptional, and I look forward to continuing my journey here and contributing to a company that values its people and fosters a positive work environment. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
I am so greatfull to work under the supervision of Care planning Institute. There couldn't be a better Health Care to work for then this amazing company  that I have the privilege to work for. I Love My Job and  the Company placed me with a Wonderful Disabel Veteran whom is a pleasure to work for... 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I have no complaints, There is nothing stressful  working for a Disabel Veteran. I love my job so that makes everything much more pleasant. Truly Blessed!!! 🙌 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is great, I am honored that I work in a place that is pleasant to work at.


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Peaceful, Respectful, Responsible duties and the work is done every other day the same. With integrity and honor....

What is the best part of working at the company?
Case manager was very nice and understanding..always helped with scheduling.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Was never really stressful. I worked with my patient for about 3 yrs. The company always answered my questions and there was always some to get back to you right away.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment in my patients home was very quiet, clean and organized. The people in the company were very patient with you and if they couldn't answer your questions right away they would get to you right away when the found something out. The company was always there for me.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I worked with the patient with cleaning, assisted with grooming,dressing and bathing when needed also report to case manager when needed.

They offer top pay to their workers which is rare in this industry. They genuinely care about their employees and clients and go above and beyond to provide exceptional care and support. They have a special focus on helping veterans in need. I have the pleasure of working for this company as a Case Manager and can attest to their dedication, fairness and generosity. They have open communication with their employees ensuring everyone does their best work. Their team works closely with clients and their families to create personalized care plans that promote independence, comfort and well-being. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking high quality home care services or employment as a caregiver! 

A typical al day at work is interaction with vets by communicating and cares to help them feel safe and secure in their home. I believe I have learned that in the world in which we live in now everyone has their own way of dealing with life and pasts and I can and will continue to be on board with my clients and their needs. My case managers are above and beyond they are so willing to listen and adjust as needed forth best interest of our clients. I really don't see anything to be hard as I am here for the benefit of the client and am more than willing to help them to be secure and safe in our cares we provide. Im very open to seeing everyone's different views and am able to adjust to the needs. The most enjoyable part of this job is the relationship we build with our clients. The joy I get to see my clients happy is beyond anything I could explain. 

While I have only been an employee with the company for a couple of months, I can fully say that the owners of CPI really value, care about, and appreciate all of their employees. We are compensated well, work life balance is respected, we have access to help whenever we have questions, and the owners voice their appreciation on a daily basis. The management also listens to your ideas! If you come to them with a solution for a problem, they listen to you and then implement the solution (if it's the best fit for the problem) or they'll work with you to develop a solution. This has been the best career move of my life and I am very grateful to be a part of the CPI case management team. 

I absolutely love this job. I work with the most amazing team of people. Your opinions and suggestions are always welcomed by management. I couldn’t ask to work for better people. I have never seen a company go so above and beyond to get care to a client that is in a difficult situation than I have with Care Planning Institute.
Getting to hear feedback from our clients on how our services have greatly impacted their quality of life at home is the most rewarding part of my job. The company also pays top dollar so we are able to attract and retain the best caregivers out there. I interact with caregivers all throughout my day and get to hear first hand how appreciative they are to be a part of Care Planning Institute and how this job has positively impacted their lives as well.

Working as a Case Manager at Care Planning Institute has been a very rewarding role. This company values both clients and caregivers which is reflected in the quality of care provided. 

I have felt supported by a great management team and colleagues. From day one I was set up with the tools I needed to succeed in this role. Starting with the thorough training process and open line of communication with everyone in this team.

The commitment to veteran centered care is what sets this company apart from others. This company comes with many opportunities to grow as well. If you are looking for a client-centered work environment where the staff are compassionate, communicative, supportive, and reliable then this is the team for you!

This is a home Healthcare position, so be mindful that you'll be in different homes with different factors (animals, roommates, etc). The employers are very flexible with your schedule and offer opportunities to pick up additional shifts! They truly care about giving the proper care to their clients and go above and beyond to make them happy. Clients can be a little difficult to deal with due to their own personal issues, but very grateful overall. I would have given them a perfect 5 star, but there was a hiccup with payments (more importantly communicating effectively regarding pay changes). I would work there again and I have recommended others to do the same!

I am grateful to work for this incredible organization. It's an honor, actually. I am consistently astounded at the amazing work culture, the hearts of the people I get to work with, and the fulfillment I'm getting from working with veterans and their families. The founders of the company treat their employees with the utmost respect, and further show that respect with incredible compensation, which is something I have never experienced before working with Care Planning Institute. I wake up genuinely excited to start my day! I wouldn't trade even the hardest days here for anything, because we are doing work that matters and I get to be part of a team that truly cares.
