I began working here as a second job bc I enjoy our elderly population and helping them. However, when needing shifts to be covered they call you non-stop even if you are busy. Your time is not respected in that sense. They do not listen well if you say no but pay is the biggest issue. They pay low wages so this job is a basic entry level job at most. But they do not pay the same for each client. You may agree to a wage and find out you will be paid less. Need to watch and track pay because their incentive is money so they only care if you take clients and if you do not they will only give you shifts when others call out. I have driven an hour to work to be told after i will be given 10 dollars extra as incentive for one day, which is hardly an incentive. Staff is kind but they really just need workers and some* clients can be difficult in temperament and the company does not protect us from that. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The CEO is friendly, I  love their monthly appreciation Award and Christmas gifts, birthday cards and in all their refreshing training program is awesome! Very well organized company that does not tolerate any discrimination. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most part that tresses me is traveling from one place to another. That’s the only thing I dislike about company. But in every other thing they are good and would like to refer any one who loves traveling.

Great place to work . Very flexible and caring about others

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very laid back and feel like  one of the family 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Around 25-30 hrs working with clients

Very helpful manager, the problems I had were with job security. You have a client you're working with however that may change at any point.You may have to wait who knows how long for your next client. This went on for over a year, I couldn't handle the inconsistencys. 

The most thing i like about this company is the family culture over there. The pay is fair and above average. They do quarterly outings and we are allowed to bring our families with us

Owners only care about making money and their reputation in the community.  They pretend they're the best agency in the area, but there are better ones that offer more services.  Poor communication between the different divisions keeps everyone in the dark.  

Working for care with love is an amazing experience. You're always recognized and rewarded for hard work. Commitment only gets to a better place and position with the company.

They make seniors more happier by hiring professional caregivers who are passionate about helping seniors to stay in their homes and feel more comfortable with confidence 

I've been doing this line of work for 21 years and this is yet my favorite employment.. Pay is great and also pick your own hrs and days to work. If jobs are available

They only care about money, not their employees. Very disappointing experience.  They're spending tons of money opening other locations that are unsuccessful.
