I had the misfortune of deciding to work a contract for this company. From the beginning, the client provided a poor training with vague guidelines, but made their productivity expectations clear. We were supposed to receive feedback on our initial charts, but that did not happen. When I would contact the client with my coding questions, I would not receive clear guidance to resolve my questions. After my first week, I reached out to the account manager at CareNational to make her aware of the difficulty I was having with the client. I also reached out to other employees and found they were having the same issues. The account manager said that she would try to arrange a Q&A session with the client to answer our questions and that she would follow up with me directly. Well, nine days after I reached out to her, she called me to inform me that I was being terminated for not reaching productivity, but that was the tip of the iceberg!! Two days prior to the payday for my last week worked, I received a call from the payroll manager to inform me that my manager would not approve my timesheet for payment, because I was not meeting productivity. I have filed a formal complaint with The Industrial Commission of Arizona (AZ Department of Labor). You've been warned!!!

I started working for the company as a Recruiter and eventually took on a split recruiter and sales role. The company is a nice change from other recruiting companies because they focus in one niche of healthcare and try not to be "everything to everybody" like so many other recruiting firms try to do. There are a lot of job orders to work on and I am paid bonuses for clients I bring in even if the job orders are filled by other teams. The benefits are good and I get a day off free every month if I hit my metrics. The teams are very fun to work with and the company has a "Arizona Casual" dress code. I see myself working here for many years.

Very friendly staff & helpful. They answered all questions. People ‘thinking outside the box’ of healthcare reform and there was a
significant ‘spin out’ project in the the form of the National Forum on End of Life47. A host of
workshops and conferences, expert meetings and consultations tackled end of life issues in the
hospital from a variety of perspectives. Imaginative use was made of the evidence base, original
research was commissioned, and senior academics were harnessed to the cause. Extensive
materials were published to provide information, guidelines, training materials and symbolic

Was advised this was temporary leading to full time, but unfortunately this did not happen due to the company losing business.
I wish they paid for holidays, if I was considered a full time employee of Care National and could buy health insurance through them I didn't understand why I was not paid for holidays. However they were very understanding when I came down with COVID. The company I was loaned out to were very good, nice people. The temp agency did have very nice people, I was always treated with respect and kindness.

Do your research before jumping to sign those $52/hr vaccinator RN position. It might sound really good @ first but if they don't provide you with the hrs they promised and leave you wondering while they require u to have open availability so u don't go work somewhere else is totally not right. Stay away from this!

Was hired for a fulltime, 3-6 month position. Gave up 2 other opportunities with less hours (I  thought) than the 40 hrs weekly this job was supposed to provide. Worked a few weeks 20-30hrs, now zero hours for past 2 weeks while contract company decides how/where/to what extent to use the many agency nurses it hired for the next phase of vaccination. Absolutely no response to multiple calls/emails from agency, no support or communication given. I wish I had not trusted this agency!

Managers that will stand behind you.  Always available (even when you are in a different state of employment from their's).  I learned that they want you to succeed and try very hard to help you.   They stay in contact with you.

Enjoyable part is knowing that I can get re-hired by them on different assignments.  That mean's if you don't like the Company you are assigned to you get to choose whether or not to re-enter into a new contract or decline.
